Placed order at Drive thru. Received incorrect donut at window. Requested correct donut and was told they gave us the one they did because they were out of what we ordered. We asked for an alternate type and the woman at the Drive thru said sure; she told us to keep the wrong donut and that she'd get the other one... until... a different female employee with a major attitude came to the window with the replacement donut and demanded the wrong one back. I handed it to her and told her that was bad customer service, that I knew she'd throw it away anyway, the other woman said we could keep it, and they should have told us that what we ordered was out of stock. She snapped back that we could keep the wrong item (as I am holding it out for her) and said she was going to charge me for the replacement. Still holding the item out for her to take, I told her that was wasteful. She said they are "giving away too much free stuff" and that corporate demands they turn back in the returned items. Of course, I find it hard to believe that corporate goes to each store to collect return items, especially since we watched her throw it into the trash can, as she stormed off and exclaimed "whatever" quite loudly. She had a MAJOR attitude, completely inappropriate to speak to a customer in that manner. I rarely leave reviews and usually prefer to leave praise for those who deserve it but my only regret is not getting her name because honestly, she needs to be spoken to by a manager about what is and is not appropriate behavior in front...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped for a sugar donut and was quite surprised at what I received. Not only did it not taste fresh, my sugar donut was missing the sugar! I thought for sure she must have given me a plain donut instead, so I questioned the employee. She uncaringly said, "No, that's our sugar". Trying to salvage the stale donut, I asked for a sugar packet to put my own sugar on it which I did.
Atmosphere: We enjoyed the colorful chairs to sit in, but the atmosphere was not the best. The shop was empty except for a rough-looking older gentleman, who was sleeping at the table, head tilted way back, with his mouth hanging wide open. Completely zonked out. Didn't appear to be a customer, so not sure what was going on there?
Restrooms: Toilet in the ladies' room didn't flush. Like, not at all.
Employees: As a small business owner myself, I realize how important it is to provide good customer service, a friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere & quality menu items. I noticed 9 employees, all standing around chatting, none really working. Even with no other customers to tend to, surely there are other things they could be doing.
Very disappointing experience. I even considered not leaving a review because I see none of the others ever get answered by the owner, which is another red flag to me.
There's great potential here at this busy location, and it's a shame that nobody seems to care. Do...
Read moreDunkin Donuts on Pleasent Valley Blvd are a bunch of pos. We go to get a spooky bucket full of munchkins the woman lies says they only have 2 without lids when we were at the drive thru so we go to the other location to see if they have ones with lids they were sold out. So we go back ito this location speak to someone about them and sitting on the shelf are 2 spooky buckets with lids so I ask for one and they tell us they aren't selling them. So we left and fiigure okay that's fine just gonna never do business with you ever again. It's not the fact I didn't get the bucket for my kids birthday it's the fact they lied to us in the first place. Apparently they're keeping them for a employee. Very rude business. Lying yo customers isn't how you keep them. They can keep their donuts. Found some nicer halloween theme ones else where and taking my kid to BK instead so she can get a Wednesday meal. On a side not found out that this location has a horrible reputation for treating people rudely and not...
