China Road — Restaurant in Long Beach

Been coming here for a while, but ever since they got new management, things are not the same anymore. Especially, the employees. Need to be more professional the employees socialize too much with people not focusing on their customers orders I ordered a bowl with rice and orange chicken with two eggrolls on the side. The employee was too distracted, talking to another customer. It literally took almost 30 minutes just to get my order out, and it was literally just me and one customer in the restaurant Not only that he charge me. Upon walking in, I noticed they did not have their health department notice or letter grade posted. When I asked about it, she said they don't receive letter grades, just the inspection notice. The place was clean. The young lady that waited on me was kind and attentive. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a fresh order of Hot and Sour soup. It was delicious. Thank you young man in the back. The egg rolls and cream cheese won tons were good. The rice was fresh. The young lady said to wait for fresh chow mein. I was waiting anyway. Although another worker mixed the old with the fresh. It was too soggy. The Kung pao chicken was delicious. Overall, now I know to go to a good clean place that is close to me in my hood.
