Long Beach Bionicos — Restaurant in Long Beach

First of all the lady at the register did not smile, she seemed a little bothered when I asked for a large instead of a medium. The preparation was quick. I ordered a pineapple and coconut raspado which is crushed ice and blended coconut and pineapple. It was tasty but it was a bit on the syrupy side. I got half way done and because the pineapple was more on the bottom it became more syrupy. I went to the counter and brought my purse and said could I pay extra for Ice as it would balance it out. I was told they would have to charge me the full price for of 6 as if I was getting another raspado. I will not return. I’m used to good customer service and what would a 1/4 cup break them? My friend recommended this Bionico spot to me about a month ago! What a hit! I love their take on Tostilocos and their Bionicos are also really good! The only thing that I'm not all crazy about is their pricing. I feel like $6.50 for a small bionico is a bit pricey in comparison to other spots that I've gone to that give more for a small. Also, when I ordered extra topping, I only got the granola. I didn't get granola, raisins, sprinkles, and coconut. Now, that wouldn't be an issue but I did pay extra for a double portion of extra topping. Also, the tostilocos are great but there are less chips than anything else.

All in all, it tastes good and will definitely satisfy your craving. Always clean and polite.

Was heading to the beach to enjoy the view with my lady we where hungry but wanted something fresh something light something that would refresh us so we came across this place all i am going to say is that the fresh made 🍍 juice was out of this world it was whipped very tasty and very sweet naturally sweet from the 🍍. I also got me a bionico with the works amazing I've had other bionicos and sometimes its sad that the crema dose not taste like anything but not this place this place had its crema on point very tasteful not only that the portions where huge i didn't finish it but man my craving was very well met and it was satisfied by the fresh fruit and toppings p.s get that extra granola toping🔥.
