So many nice employees at this location that I've became a regular being that I live near enough.
However, it's been a few times where I get the same female barista making my drinks. Shes Caucasian, with messy, tangled blonde hair and artificial colors in it as well as facial piercings. Made my drink this morning 7/3/19 at 11:03:22am. I am sorry to say but the young lady is such a mess in there. I don't understand how she passes health standard qualifications.
She's so unhappy being in there I can't even get my drinks right every time she makes them. It's like she's hungover every time I show up i don't even know.
I told her, I'm sorry my drink is wrong. She got upset, took it back, she threw the lid on the counter and added a splash of milk. Gave it back unfinished. Why are YOU getting upset at ME for you not following the order on the cup tag? She had me finish preparing the drink myself at home. I had to dump some out, add creamer, add ice and add sugar at home. Even more irritating after giving them a tip at the register.
And there was no way I was going to ask for her to re-make my drinks. With her attitude I'm sure she would have made it worse. That or risking her nasty wax hair falling into my drinks it's so disgusting I hope they tell her to fix herself up along with her attitude or I will start going to the Coffee Bean...
Read moreThis Starbucks is racist and horrible. Do not come here. If you are anything like me your drink will be the last to come out and they will not acknowledge you. My skin is “dark” I guess.. so I’m getting treated like trash. I frequently visit this Starbucks, I was waiting in line in the same exact place I always stand in … The man at the register skipped me in line to ask a Caucasian male to come up. Even though the guy was standing far behind , you can obviously tell I’m next in line and the cashier is skipping me. But since I was not standing where the Caucasian male was standing I didn’t get recognized? I proceeded to tell the cashier, “oh im next” and proceeded to walk up The guy at the cash register was giving me a nasty look like he didn’t believe I was next in line even though I’ve been standing here. I looked at the Caucasian male and asked him to please confirm that I’ve been here because the cashier was not going for it. The Caucasian male did confirm I was here before he even came But the cashier Proceeds to tell me “well I need to go stand in the line behind him.” (The Caucasian man). I felt disrespected and I left. I am almost 30 years old. So to be treated like I’m a lying kid and I’m nothing… I didn’t...
Read moreAt approximately 5:45 pm, on March 10, 2025, the evening employees from this exact location prefer to be deep into their conversations rather than be friendly and attend the customers accurately. Plus, the Caucasian barista had our drinks ready and never called our names out when our drinks were sitting for a while. We waited too long for only two drinks and it was not busy at all. Plus, we were the only customers ordering. I do not mind waiting a long time when there are many customers. But when baristas are too lazy to even call out our name when the drink is ready, that is just concerning. My partner and I were able to know the drinks were sitting there for a while because the cup was sweating the ice 🧊off, and the drink tasted water down. Plus, the flavor of the drink tastes disgusting. I have to go to another location to get the drink redone. I ordered this same drink every week at least 3 times a week, and it doesn't taste disgusting like how it did at...
