Every other time I have been in, things have been decent. Not today. When walking in there was no one at the register, and no employees greeted me upon entering. I was met with stares from the employees and I had to wait a few minutes for someone to attend the register. After placing my order I grabbed my drink and sat down. I observed a family of 6 ordering meals for dine in and they took a seat after as well. 20 minutes went by and I still did not receive my order which was one sushi bento box, but I saw that there was a platter of dine in plates being taken out to this family before I even received my ordered. I walked up to the front to ask what was going on and instead of an employee asking what they could help with, I instead had my bag of food handed straight to my face with no word, I mentioned my frustration and walked out. Upon looking at my meal, the sushi was made extremely sloppy and they forgot the sauce that went with the meal. Read moreI usually go to the Longmont location several times a week and get a chicken teriyaki bowl combo with white meat and I also get food prep at this location. They clearly have it stated on a sign that for 8.95 you can get a white meat chicken teriyaki bowl and a drink. I went in to get my usual order and they tried charging me more even after I showed them their own sign and explained that it says 8.95 clearly on the sign right here at your register. Do you think that they would make it right… No. In customer service they should've made it right and gave me the price they had advertised and later took it up with their corporation or their manager. Obviously they don't know what customer service is because I tried explaining this to them many times and they gave me the deer in headlights look and I ended up leaving with no food and going over to MOD market to eat. Read moreHonestly I think they're lucky to even get three stars from me. Came in with my kids to get dinner and it was not busy. We waited about 15-20 minutes, which I understand is my food is being made fresh. The food arrived and all our food was lukewarm which is gross for plates with chicken...When I went to get a to go container so I could at least take my food home and warm it up, I let the person at the counter know what happened where I barely received an apology. Ultimately a disappointment.

Online it said that my food should be ready by 1:07 p.m. and I got there at 1:07 p.m. I simply asked if the food was still warm and let them know that the last time I ate there my food was cold.
