Carmen's Catering — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Quick, easy, delicious food. I'm a little wary of food trucks as my first in ktown off of wilshire sidestreet was not the best experience (it was just eh). Carmen's is right around the corner from Taco Sinoloa (which seems to be there more often), but I opted for Carmen's due to the variety, the authenticity, and the customers waiting on food. I have seen plenty of people frequent Sinoloa, but I'm not sure I'll try it now that I know how many options there are to try at Carmen's. The food tasted very fresh and flavorful, though I didn't grab any of the sauces the customers are all allowed to use. I have to be bland about spice, but the food spoke for itself. Also have a variety of drinks to choose from. The canned coconut water has added sugar, but...
