Was not greeted by the host nor told to put our name on the list that was there with NO PEN. We finally spoke to host who said we had to wait 20 minutes. I am handicap and cant just stand for 20 minutes and they have no seats in waiting area so i asked if i could wait in my car and leave my number. I was told that wasnt necessary to just come back in 25 minutes now. I said ok. I came back in 18 min. 3 parties had been seated after i arrived and my name was just scratched off the list. And the host with the fake gucci belt just gave me a blank look and avoided us until he was asked to swat the next party which was of course us regardless of what the list now reflected he sat us. We ordered a cake batter shake and 10 pc puppies. Was given strawberry shake then treated like it was us who made the mistake. Then we were brought a 6pc when we ordered 10 it was not complete it had NO icing (the best part). We said we wanted 10 we ordered 10 and we wanted icing. We were then brought vanilla pudding as a substitute for cream cheese icing without being asked if that was an acceptable substitute (absolutely not). And they took the extra ice cream tat goes in the tin after they make the shake and never brought back the correct flavor. I worked at dennys we ALWAYS gave the customer a tin with a lil bit of ice cream still in it. If I'm not mistaken it's even described in the menu. They were so busy but there wasn't very many people for the amount of staff. Or for the staff to be making so many constant mistakes. We then finished eating and were ignored until we asked for a check and was not told we needed to bring the card to the front desk which now had a line out the door because of how slow the staff was. And how inefficient each employee was in their position including the manager who ignored me twice while trying to get his attention just because he may have been "busy". Will NEVER return to this location. I suggest you don't either there is plenty of locations where you will have better odds at better service.
