I have been to this store the first time, so I did not realize how fancy it was. I asked if they have plain hot tea. The salesperson asked some other people in the kitchen if they sold just tea, and they said yes. I paid $5.50 for a cup of tea. They prepared some concoction with milk, which I can not have. I asked for plain tea, they made me look stupid 'because they sell Boba tea'. But I asked ... Anyway, finally I was given a plain tea, and was told that usually it cost $1. No refund was offered. The cup was called large, but it is a medium sise in any other establishment to add...

I love this place! I’ve been to many boba chains and not all of them are the same. And not all the Boba Time stores are the same. This particular store has really fresh tea. By getting the least amount of sugar level you can taste how fresh the tea is and this place is just amazing. I’ve already tried out their matcha and earl gray tea and loved them both. The earl gray is flavorful, not overpowering, and without much bitterness that one expects with other typical stale brewed tea. The bobas are not too soft, not too hard, just Goldilocks perfect. Definitely coming...

Gave me the wrong drink, and when I confronted him, he told me I was confused. I get this drink every single time…I think he was confused. He then proceeded to replace my drink with ANOTHER incorrect drink. I just took it and left, it was not worth it. Waste of money and time.
