The dude that answered the phone was impatient. My kids were starting to get loud in the background right when I began to give my phone number over the phone. I stopped after the first three numbers to tell them to quiet down. Instead of waiting the man on the phone said that the background noise was too loud. I told him that I was aware. I just came in from Utah and didn’t know the exact address of where I was. I was going to ask him if he knew where a major landmark was but before I could finish my sentence he told me that he would need to know where the exact address was. I think that was understandable to say that, though it was an instance where I was interrupted. I told him never mind and that I would order somewhere else. I got the impression that he would continue to be impatient. Read moreThis has to be the worst Papa John’s location I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is beyond rude—they literally lock the door and make you wait outside like some kind of beggar, even when you have a confirmed order. Customer service is non-existent, and they act like they’re doing YOU a favor just by acknowledging your presence.
The order was delayed with zero communication, and when I dared to ask for extra condiments and napkins (after placing a large order, mind you), I got yelled at! Yes, YELLED AT—for simply requesting something that should be standard. The employees clearly hate their jobs and take it out on paying customers.
This place is an absolute joke. If you enjoy being treated like garbage while waiting forever for mediocre pizza, by all means, waste your money here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values customers. Never coming back, and I suggest you...
Read moreNEVER ORDER AGAIN! SO SO DISAPPOINTED. PRE-ORDERED THE DAY BEFORE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED BY 11:45 AM FOR A LUNCHEON. 10 LARGE PIZZAS OVER $200 PLUS GENEROUS TIP FOR THE DRIVER AND THE ORDER NEVER CAME, PAPA JOHNS SAID THEY CANNOT EVEN LOCATE THE DRIVER. (WHO KNOWS IF THE ORDER EVER WAS PUT THROUGH), THEY SAID IF THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH DRIVERS, THEY USE DOORDASH TO SEND THE DELIVERY. WE UNDERSTAND THERE IS A SHORTAGE IN STAFFING BUT IF YOU KNOW YOUR LOCATION CANNOT DELIVER ON TIME AND DON'T HAVE THE MAN POWER TO DO SO, DON'T COMMIT TO THIS OR AT LEAST GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER A COURTESY CALL TO INFORM THEM THAT THE PIZZA IS NOT ARRIVING AND CANNOT BE TRACKED OR NEVER...
