I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this spot! Tried it out for my first time on a busy Friday night 12/29. I expected a long wait but luckily waited no more than 5 minutes for a super hot dish. The cashier even let me know that there was pretty much no wait. The hard working kitchen staffs were cranking out orders non stop! The set up is beautiful with a display of different pastas and other Italian ingredients. The marble counter tops are super chic. When it’s your turn to order, the female cashier is so kind and personable. I asked if I could order the pappardelle with marinara instead of the standard spaghetti and to add a chicken breast and she said absolutely. I got it to dine in and was given my meal in a nice pasta dish with standard metal fork. The person handing out the orders had the most flawless makeup and was so kind and helpful! I got complementary french bread with the order which consisted of about 6 slices. The to go containers are quality and reusable. The flavor of the pasta, sauce, and chicken was delish. So fresh and hot! I make homemade pasta when I have the time so you can definitely tell that quality ingredients were used here. At first sight, $16 for a marinara dish and an additional $5 for chicken breast might seem like a lot but what isn’t these days? People pay $15 for a meal at a junky fast food restaurant. I would pay $21 for this quality, taste, and customer service any day. I look forward to making the 1.5 hour drive (on a good day) to try the other dishes here!

Nestled in a bustling food market, Pasta Corner offers a symphony of flavors that resonate with the vibrancy of its surroundings. My penne arrabbiata was pleasing, but it was my partner’s tagliatelle that truly sang – an “excellent” culinary performance. Lucky to secure good seats at the bar amidst the busy atmosphere, we found the ambiance to be cozy with a fast-paced energy, reflective of an establishment designed for diners to enjoy a meal and continue on with their evening. While the portions were hearty, the pricing did strike a higher note – with two pastas, water, and bread totaling $85, it was a tad on the expensive side. However, the standout was the undeniable freshness of the pasta, a clear indication that the core of Pasta Corner – the food – is where they shine, even if the service seemed to be catching up to the kitchen’s standards. In the end, Pasta Corner is an inviting venue for those seeking a quick, flavorful escape into the world of freshly made pasta, although the experience comes at a premium.

We stopped by after walking around the market, and it immediately caught our attention the fresh pasta and baguettes. Expensive but delicious. We ordered the carbonara and the spaghetti with meatballs — both dishes were cooked to perfection and served with warm baguettes. Right next to it was a stand selling prosecco, wine, and beer, which paired nicely with the meal. The staff who took our order was incredibly friendly — they explained each dish with enthusiasm and care. The food truly tasted like it was made by a real Nonna. Rich, comforting, full of flavor, homemade. It was served on ceramic plates with real cutlery, and staff came around to clear the tables afterward. Seating is communal — you can order from wherever you like and sit at any open table to enjoy your meal. It’s a lively, delicious, and highly recommended stop if you’re in the area.

Their Bolognese hits the spot! I dined in for lunch today. The location was easy to find as I walked in through the walkway by du-pars. It was a little late for lunchtime, close to 2 o’clock, so I was able to order quickly. Ordering is easy through a QR code or a printed menu. I placed my order for spaghetti Bolognese, with the very friendly cashier. I took a seat at the stand and waited for my name to be called. I was served in about 10 minutes and enjoyed conversation with another friendly diner. They had the aglio e olio which looked really good too and I’ll have to try next time. I appreciated that my meal was served hot and stayed hot while I ate.

I avoid tourist-trap type of Italian restaurants that serve thin, floppy noodles with watery, acidic sauce.

THIS IS NOT THAT.

This is excellent quality. The noodle is delicious on its own and the bolognese sauce was aromatic, hearty and flavorful. It made for such a pleasant lunch. I was able to ask for a to-go box so I can enjoy the second half of this generous...
