I Ate At Your Establishment On 4/28/2019 With My Receipt Time Stamped At 8:15pm (The Correct Receipt). I Had Initially Received A Receipt That Didnt Cover Every I Ate So I Notified My Bartender, Steven, And Informed Him Of The Error In Which He Voided The Receipt Time Stamped 8:07pm Totaling $20.26 And Presented Me With The Previously Mentioned Receipt Totaling $52.56. I Only Signed And Provided A Tip And Total To That One Receipt, Bringing My Final Charge To $62.56 After A $10 Tip. Miraculously, I Have Been Charged Both Ticket Prices And A $5 Tip Was Even Fraudulently Added To The $20.26 Ticket. I Am Truly Appalled And Feel Completely Disrespected And Taken Advantage Of Especially When I Saved Your Business Money By Correcting Your Bartenders Error. But Only To Have You Steal My Money In The End Is Ludicrous. I Intend To File Fraudulent Charge With My Financial Institution And Will Also Escalate This Case Higher Until My Money Is Reimbursed. I Will Not Be Frequenting Your Establishment Again If This Is How You Treat Customers And Make Your Revenue Off Stealing Other Peoples Earnings And Fraudulently...

What an awful place, it sure looks cool but don't go here, ever! I'd say it was a light day with only a fair number of people in the place. They had 8 people working and none of them seemed to know what was going on. At the register multiple people kept saying a different person will be right with you. 15 minutes later I was helped. I ordered a simple item and a bottle of water. $24, and threw a couple bucks in the tip jar, no problem as it's airport prices. I waited another 15 minutes and nothing, eventually I had to leave as my flight was about to line up to take off. I said I had to go and they looked at my like I was a crazy person. I'm usually a calm guy and don't post negative reviews. Lastly, this older guy behind me was just buying a premade sandwich and waited longer than me as they have him the same runaround. He started to lose it and asked for a manager. They whispered something to him quietly, probably something to the tune of, if you cause a scene, you're going to get detained by TSA. I have never left a review. Ever. Worst service I’ve had. I don’t just throw that around. It was literally the worst service I’ve ever had. I was immediately kicked out for just ordering water. Immediately. The man Roel told me I either had to order a drink or food, or I had to leave. It’s a policy but it wasn’t busy for starters. I let him know that when I was ready for a drink, I would just go somewhere else. He turned his back and waved me off saying, “Go ahead, go somewhere else.” I told him that I had two hours before my flight and I wasn’t ready to drink yet. He had nothing to say to that. He just kept his back turned because Roel realized in that moment that he was mostly in the wrong, but lacks social skills or understanding to make up for it.
