I don’t usually like to write negative reviews but I have been here 2 days in a roll and it’s been such an unpleasant experience. The miscommunication among workers is truly unbelievable. My partner and I came for Wrestlemania weekend because we saw an online flyer that they were showing it here. When we arrived we went to the bar and communicated with the bartender that we had the QR code for the $5 drinks that were advertised. He took our order and everything was fine but I took a look at the check and I realized he in fact did not charge us the $5 special, he said and I quote ‘I spoke to a manager and it’s actually $5 off your tab’ no where in the flyer did it say that. Then I spoke to another bartender and she said that only the first drink was $5 again, no where was it advertised that way. Plus they first told us that the domestic beers along with the well sprits were part of that special but then later retracted and said that it’s in fact not part of the special. So my partner and I went to sit at a table, when we got to our table I communicated with our waiter and he confirmed that the domestic beers and the well spirits were $5. Luckily we had a very pleasant experienced with him, Octavio was very well informed and we appreciated his service. Although later he said that the well spirts were not part of the special but he still accommodated us because it was not his fault, again the miscommunication was outrageous. It’s currently Sunday, and we spoke to a different waitress and asked her about the special, she confirmed that it was once again the well and domestic beers that were on special but said that it was only the first drink that was $5. My partner and I were contemplating leaving when we asked her again and she said she would go ask, she came back and told us that it’s not the first drink, but I reiterate only the well and domestics beers. We decided we wanted to move because the section that we were at wasn’t the best angle for the Tv so we moved and our waiter at this table told us that the well spirits were NOT part of the special and honestly at this point this is really frustrating and truly I don’t think we’ll come back because the miscommunication at this place is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. We have no problem paying for drinks and spending as much as necessary but it’s the fact that if something is being advertised a certain way, it should be accommodated that way. This truly sour my experience here and it’s unfortunate because I think the atmosphere and food is...

Overall this place is centrally in the heart of downtown LA near the crypto Arena center I am very hesitant about giving this place five stars for a number of reasons.

We were initially greed it will be walked in and we're told that it was open seating we took seats on the patio which has a great view of the center area.

They only had one waiter working the patio and it seemed that she was a bit overwhelmed but we were patient and waited for our turn to order we were there to Simply have drinks as we were wasting time into our event started.

We noticed that they had a great power menu with amazing prices on drinks. I decided to order the lemon drop and my partner order in Apple Al beer The drinks took a while to come but when they arrive they were great we converse for a minute and decided to order a second round of drinks the exact same drinks were ordered.

After the second round our waiter came over and asked did we want to order any food we declined the offer to order food because we were there for an event it was simply there just to have cocktails at the time we ordered a third round of drinks the exact same drinks again.

After about an hour it was time for us to leave we asked the waiter for our bill and when she bring it we noticed that the bill was 3X the amount of what it should have been.

When we questioned the waiter about our bill she told us that even though I ordered a seven dollar lemon drop from the menu she decided to give me a double even though that is not what I ordered. I was told the lemon drop was placed in a martini glass and that's what made it a double.

So the waitress gave me three double lemon drops in martini glasses and charged me extra this was not something I ordered sheets at this amongst herself to order this. The crazy part about it is how would I know that she ordered a double lemon drop and by it being in martini glass it's considered a double?

I feel like the waitress did something slick and tried to scam us out of additional money by telling us my drinks were doubles when they really weren't and it wasn't something I ordered.

Although we didn't order any food everything that came out did look great I am unsure if I will return here again I don't like when a place tries to be slick with my money. The drinks were priced at seven dollars on the menu I had three of them the beers were placed at nine dollars on the menu my partner had three of them somehow we managed to leave here with a bill...

LONG AND HONEST REVIEW Carter with the long hair in the front was rude and seemed as if he hated his job. Told us there was no seating when we could clearly see lots of empty tables and kept saying there were no waiters serving there. You can clearly see something was going on behind the scenes but no reason to take it out on us, the customers. The way he was speaking, responding and looking at me was so rude and uncomfortable. Another server came up next to him and I asked her was it okay if we sat at the empty table, even if there is no service and she gave us a simple “yes that’s fine!” Other than Conrad, who kept staring at me with a blank face saying it’s no service. We understood that and just wanted to sit! The Manager Nelson was nice enough to help us out and tried to diffuse the situation. We appreciate him. But the night got worse, we asked for no onions on our tacos because my girlfriend is allergic, there was lots of onions delivered and she almost bit into it. They weren’t apologetic about it at all. We ordered chicken nachos for appetizer and specified how we wanted them before the tacos..not only did the tacos come first, but, the nachos came out 20 mins later. Our waiter, Ian, seemed like he hated his job too, he was very short with us and seemed like he didn’t want to help us in the beginning. He ended up coming around and tried being cordial. Again, it seemed like things were going on behind the scenes but that has nothing to do with us. Overall, you can tell Ian was a nice person but just frustrated. We had to call over a manager to take our tacos back because he never came back to check on us but after we talked to the manager, he started to be more consistent. My biggest issue is with Carter.

I was very excited to watch the Alabama and Georgia game here because of the amount of tvs. We were kind and flexible the whole time. But, I was barely able to focus on the game because we kept having service issues. I will never come back and was trying to show my girlfriend a good time downtown. We will stay in the marina del Rey area and go to our go to spot, Brennans, for now on. What a...
