Wanted a relaxing dinner with my family... after eating here for the past 4 years we noticed the deterioration in quality while they rose the prices. There were only 3 tables being used in the whole restaurant so it was very empty. Right when we ordered they let in 2 people claiming to be Christmas carolers but were dressed in regular clothes and a guitar. Its fine I guess but I didn't come to be sang to and charged for it. After they had left some homeless guy had started making a commotion and was throwing things on the floor for service. The 3 families there were just trying to eat and the staff didn't just kick him out. They were arguing with him and yelling, making a scene. He finally grabbed his numerous dirty trash bags and went outside. I don't know why they let him into the restaurant, the first place. When we finally got some quiet after a good 13 minutes of hearing people argue with him to leave. They decided it would be a good idea to let in some more random carolers to sing and leave us tip envelopes!! WTF. Its the same 3 tables of people who didn't even wanna listen to the other carolers in the first place(it had only been 20 minutes since the last ones). Do the staff not know how to read a crowd, and simply tell them to please come back when other customers arrive. Good food but I"m not paying those prices anymore for such a bad...
Read moreI visted the restaurant Saturday June 13 for dinner, I ordered a soup and a few other dishes. My problem was with the soup quality. I received a few broken shells on my soup, I choked on it and accidentally bit into one of the broken shells. I came to my dentist office and was told that I have a broken/cracked tooth because of the shells. I tired to speak to not one but 2 different employees the night of the incident and none were helpful. I paid for bad service and bad quality of food. I tired to call once I was at my dentist office and spoke to a " Manager " name NATHALIE which was rude and disrespectful. Speaking over me and not letting me fully explain myself. Even if the restaurant will not be responsible for anything I would still like to speak with someone's regarding the quality to avoid this from happening to anyone or any ones children. I was eating a soup why would there be broken shells?? My family and I have been loyal customers for the past 20 years+ and after receiving bad customer service from supervisor is not acceptable. Like I said before even If I do not receive any help with my dentists cost I still firmly believe I should be giving the chance to fully express and explain myself without being disrespected. Read morePLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL!!!… we were overcharged almost 40 dollars and when we went back because the math wasn’t mathing … the girl with the mid taper fade “Tay” who charged us and took our order tried to say that she didn’t take our order or charge us ( implying she didn’t make the mistake) and When we told her that she took our order and that we payed her directly, she basically left the other server to deal with us and fix her mistake. The short server with the neck tattoos and cap had a horrible attitude about us trying to get our money back , kept smacking his lips and rolling his eyes at us. We were very respectful and nice about the situation. Never did we even get angry or raise voices..everything was done in a civil manner. The old school method of the receipt will throw you off ..SO PLEASE COMPARE THE PRICES YOU GET CHARGED WITH THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED. We were overcharged 1 to 2 bucks on some items. They will treat you well if you’re a frequent customer…if you’re not … you get another treatment and possibly a diff kind of receipt. We are not the type of customers to expect a hug and red carpet.. but facial expressions matter and voice tones…none felt welcoming. The food is good, but not worth the service…we will be going to Sunset Thai down the block for Thai food...
