Johnny's Pizza House — Restaurant in Louisiana

Johnny’s Pizza place was one of my favorite but after today this will be my last visit, reason Customer Service: I truly believe customer service goes along way. The website has deals for the week, and I’m a true believe of deals, my favorite pizza is sweep the kitchen, I arrived here excited about enjoying my lunch time with my grandson, now I could have went anywhere else but no I choose here. I was not greeted, also during the time of placing my order I asked her about the deals on the website and was told none of them applied to what I was ordering, she politely walked off and came back with a piece of paper like she was not so happy. Customer service goes along way. I truly felt like she was not so happy, my next concern was about my “Food” which I truly hope that it comes out right, or maybe it was just me. When the next customer approached she was laughing and smiling, oh well this is my last time...

Went for the buffet. Huge mistake!

Macaroni and cheese was cold. Pizza was bland and I had to wait for a pepperoni to come out. Cinnamon stick dessert pizza was pathetic. Skimped on the toppings so you were basically eating bread. Check out the picture.

I went through 4 plates before I could find a clean one. They still had pizza dust and liquid on them.

Coke machine was missing the grate to cover the drain and an employee was scooping the ice out of it with his hand and throwing it in an ice bucket.

Straw dispenser is next to the coke machine and not clean. People are dripping soda all over it because there is no place to set your drink down while getting your cup top or straw. They set the cups on top of the dispenser. Yuck!

If you go upstairs to the game room, the heat from the kitchen is pumped up there because the oven is directly below. They have a very small game room and it is mostly...

Pizza was great but everything else was borderline awful. All the tables were sticky or covered in crumbs. It took a while to find a clean table despite there not being many customers in the restaurant. There was trash all over the floor as well which is a shame because the interior of this place is so nice!

Now the real reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the ice. When I got ice for my drink noticed there was A LOT of dirt or something frozen in the cubes. It was honestly disgusting. I told the other customers and they were all repulsed as well. All of us had to drink soda with no ice. As I was leaving I told the cashier about it and she didn’t seem to care at all. All she said was “Ok, thanks!” before walking away. You’d think she’d go look at the ice and do something, right? Definitely won’t be back...
