Will never go to this KFC location again. They repeatedly forget to put things in your bag and so when I go in to pick up mine and my co-workers orders I asked to check and make sure that everything's in there. This time Todd at the counter barked at me that it's in the bag and walked away. So I felt uncomfortable and went out to my car to check and make sure that everything was in the bag. And of course two of the dips that my co-worker paid for were missing. So I went back in and I said the dips you told me were in the bag aren't in there. Instead of responding and a customer service manner of here's some dips for you. He says yes they are. With attitude. I said no they're not and he responded with my manager, put them in there and walked towards the manager instead of trying to resolve the situation by giving me two sauces. So I went out to the car grab the bag of food, brought it back in and asked him to find the dipping sauce. Instead of doing that he told me I wasn't supposed to open the bag. The bag that I purchased and it is for my co-worker for lunch. What the hell is going on here? Then he throws two sauces in there and the owner manager Paul comes over and sticks up for him and tells me he's a nice guy. His nice guy would rather be on his cell phone which is what he was doing when he walked away from me the first time instead of checking to make sure that all the food was there. Owner Paul heard the end of the conversation where I was upset for being treated so disrespectfully and stuck up for the employee and I said did you hear how he talked to me before and he goes no but he told me. Well he lied to you. As I walked out the door, Paul decided to yell some things at me like well. We made it right for you so don't let it ruin your day. So glad you guys think that you can treat women like that. We will put our money where our mouths are going forward.

I ordered a 12 peice original meal got home and the chicken was falling apart, the little bit of skin left on the chicken was pure mush. It was obviously double dipped in the fryer to "re-warm" it up. I drove back across town, went inside and showed the boy at the counter. All he said was "if we take this back we will have to throw it away" my instant thought was DUH, WHAT ELSE WOULD YOU DO WITH IT? it's DISGUSTING, I DON'T WANT IT... do whatever u need to with it. Well the female manager in black with glasses came to the counter looked at chicken and said , "this is fresh it JUST came out of fryer, it looks like that cause we cook it in grease." I WANTED TO TELL HER are u kidding me I use to manage a kfc for 3 years NEVER ONCE did I send chicken out my window that was mushy. but I didn't I bit my tounge and let her continue to tell me that she will remake it but she promises it will look exactly the same, that no skin is normal and that's how they serve it. I WAS STUNNED. I said r u kidding Me? And she said nope, but you want your money back then?.... sweet I'll just go eat the mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese biscuits that are at home and we will eat my money as the main course. I looked at her and said extra crispy please. She huffed and threw my bucket together. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. kfc is my favorite but I will never be going here again. Inside was dirty, people waiting in long lines for mushy chicken. You need to retrain the staff, better yet just close this place back down. How can someplace SO NEW BE SUCH A WRECK? WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR MANAGERS??? she literally had no customer service skills, OR KNOWLEDGE OF CHICKEN WHATSOEVER ... She literally though grease makes chicken mushy? No hun, it's how u cook it , and leave it out for 40 min then re dip it in the fryer and serve it to people to get sick......

That your experience will depend on the staff that's working when you go, which means wild inconsistencies with customer service. I can only speak of my own experience, but management should definitely take a closer look at reviews to see who's working during the "good review" shifts and who the bad apples are. During my visit (and I haven't visited in years due to a previous bad experience), all went picture perfect. My husband wanted to give them another shot, and we must have gone during the good shift. Lucky us! We went inside, it was clean and quiet. The young man who took our order was very nice, helpful, patient, and very respectful. Our order came out quickly, accurate, and the food was hot. The cashier even gave us complementary drinks while we waited, although our wait wasn't very long. They have some new items on their menu that we'll probably be back to try. We ordered a 16pc family meal and a pot pie. The pot pie tasted very fresh, crispy cust, lots of chicken inside. All of our sides were correct, and we even got a huge amount of butter & honey packets even though we didn't request any. Overall, we had a great experience during this visit.
