We went to this location to use our points to get a cup. As normal, we picked a cup and went up to the lady at the cashier. As soon as I pulled my phone out and showed her to use my points all of the baristas were so rude to me and my wife. She continued to say I could not use my points (which we both understand) but it was the fact that they were so rude to both of us and treating us horribly just because this is what we normally do when we get enough points. How are we to know any different? The cashier then asked a lady out of the store who did not have a uniform on how to get the points when she just told us very rudely she could not redeem them.
