I came across this food truck in Everett and thought I'd give it a try. The flavors were good. I had the split open and melt philly. Unfortunately, the sandwich was a little dry and it seemed like there was a lot of bread for the amount of stuff inside it. They serve their sandwiches on a Ciabatta bun that's about a foot long but it seems like they could make a much better sandwich if they put the same fixings on a bun half or slightly more than half the size. Caught this truck at At Large brewing in Everett. Had the spicy sandwich on the menu and it was everything you could want. Bread was soft and fluffy, meat was perfectly charred and flavorful, there was a good amount of spice, and they were able to sub out vegan cheese for one of us who can't do dairy. We also had the garlic fries, a small fry is plenty to share whether you split a sandwich or get your own. They also have a vegetarian sandwich option!...
