I gave a 1 star rating mainly because of a rude employee. My day was already not the greatest. (Across the street from Navicent Health, Macon, GA) When I entered there didn't appear to b anyone working behind the counter. I waited for a bit, but after a few minutes I noticed that there was someone working but hadn't noticed me and said that she was the only one working when I caught her attention. I had gone in because I noticed the burrito cup in a pic on their front window and asked her what was in it. She said that she didnt know and I heard her asking someone through her headset but I guess they didn't know. I figured she would try and find out. Meanwhile a nurse in scrubs came in and I let her go ahead of me since I figured she was on a break and needed to get back to work. Then when my turn came again I asked about the burrito cup once more and she said in an annoyed voice that she didn't know so I reluctantly decided to get something else. I asked for a water with ice in it and how much it would be. I apparently misunderstood her and said the figure I thought she said in a question?? She said "NO, I said 27 cents and you don't have to have such a bad attitude" I said " You are the one with the attitude and working behind the counter." I noticed other customer's heads turn when that happened. As I was waiting for my order I noticed another young lady had come out and when the nurse received her order I heard that young lady tell her that they weren't allowed to give out names. The same young lady that took my order brought my order to me and said nothing while handing it to me. It was just an unpleasant experience. I would have left if it weren't for my sweet tooth wanting a donut for desert. Later on, I called another location (Thom Hill)to find out what was in the burrito cup. Read moreWent opening week, and it was great. The service was wonderful and the owner greeted me at the window. Now, it seems as though he’s lost interest in the success of his franchise.
Today I woke up craving donuts. I always prefer to get a few different kinds, and my husband never can keep up with the details, so I thought it would be best to try ordering online and picking up.
I guess there is a bug with the app because it would not let me pay, giving me a “cannot complete request” error message each time.
So I tried calling it in. Called the number on the DD website for this location, and it was a wrong number. I called the number listed in google for this location, and no one answered, even after several attempts.
Finally I just texted my order to my husband and he attempted to just order it there. They were out of almost every donut that we wanted (which weren’t even very “special” items). They laughed at my husband with each attempt at picking a flavor that they had. Finally, he just asked that they put whatever they had in a box.
We paid for a bunch of stale donuts that we didn’t even want, plus a latte that was several inches shy of being a “full” medium. We won’t be going back, and you shouldn’t either. Generally speaking, Macon has a VERY low bar for good service and it shows everywhere,...
Read moreI came back 2.5 hrs later, because the coffee my husband had ordered didn't taste good at all. My son was in the hospital and I couldn't leave him so I came back when I was able to. The older lady with the short hair cut was very rude. She asked me what was wrong with it and in the middle of my sentence she cut me off and said hold on. Then the owner came out and said I couldn't get a gift card for my drink, and I had to get the same one. I wanted something different but she said I had to pay for it. I agreed to just have the same one made. The same lady who was rude to me made the drink and it was good. Now she knew darn well the drink she made was mine. She called the order and placed it on the counter instead of handing it to me. That goes to show her customer service is horrible, and maybe she shouldn't be working with customers. This was the worst service I've ever had a dunkin donuts!!!!! What ever happend to making your customers happy and apologizing it didn't taste good!!??? That doesn't happend anymore.
