Worst Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from. I have given them chance after chance to correct their issues and nothing has changed. A few months ago I ordered a sandwich and after an hour I still had not received it. I called and they said it would be there any minute. It arrived 15 minutes later made incorrectly. I work across the street, but due to my job duties (I am a healthcare worker) I am unable to leave my department with sufficient amount of time to walk to the store, order my food, eat it, and still make it back within my allotted time period. I notified corporate and they apologized by sending me a $10 gift certificate. A couple months passed, and I attempted to order lunch from there one last time. An Hour passed again, and still no sandwich. I called to ask about when my sandwich would be delivered and they could not give me a time frame, because the delivery driver had not even picked it up. I ended up spending my lunch break walking to store to get my sandwich, even though I had paid a delivery fee and tipped, because obviously I was not going to get it any time soon. I get there and my sandwich had been sitting on the counter for only God knows how long, because it was completely soggy and of course made incorrectly ONCE AGAIN. They did refund my gift card money due to the wait time though. Today, I ordered from them again since I still had my gift card, and it took 50 minutes to get my sandwich. IT ONLY HAS TO BE DELIVERED ACROSS THE STREET!!! This is unacceptable. Due to the nature of my job we are only allotted 30 minutes for a lunch break, and only 1 person per department can go to lunch at a time. This is extremely frustrating when you order your food 30 minutes in advance, and still cant get it within that time frame. I could literally order a pizza from Dominos and get it faster then I can Jimmy Johns. The sandwich doesn't even have to be cooked for God's sake!!! I understand that most restaurants are struggling right now due to the pandemic and lack of employees, but if you can't provide the service "Freaky Fast", then you probably shouldn't use that as the slogan for your advertisement. Read moreI just experienced the worst service from this location. I placed my online order at 12:26pm and as of 2:15pm, I still didn't have my sandwich. I called multiple times and was told they were short on drivers. Understandable. After another 30 minutes, I called back and requested a fresh sandwich because my original sandwich has been sitting there for over an hour and I didn't want my bread soggy. The manager, Cray obliged. 45 minutes later, I called back again to cancel my order and was told by Cray that my sandwich was still there. When I asked why, I was told, "It might be because there's no tip on it and the driver didn't pick it up. I haven't seen this done personally, but I have heard some employees talk about drivers picking and choosing which orders they deliver." This is unacceptable! I then stated, "How does your driver know I wasn't going to tip with cash?? And, whether I tipped or not, your driver is on the clock to deliver sandwiches, whether a tip is included, or not!" I was given a credit by Cray, but that doesn't negate the fact that I waited almost 2 hours for a sandwich that never left the restaurant. This is bad for business.

Read moreI have ordered from this Jimmy John’s regularly for a few months now. I have never had issues here before with the food, staff, and always speak very highly of them.
However, today was a different experience. I placed an online order that totaled around $50. When I got there, they proceeded to hand me my food. We double checked our order at a table and noticed that a pickle we had ordered wasn’t in the box of food we were given. We went to the counter and asked the lady if it was in there, very nicely if I must add. The lady gave us such a horrible attitude and a disgusting face over us asking something that WE paid for. She then turns to her coworker and makes a smart remark to her, asking if the pickle was in there, and when the other woman comments back, the lady states she was “just joking”. Once again- super uncalled for to talk to PAYING customers the way she did. We leave without saying anything and hope it’s actually in the box. Fast forward to opening all of our food, the pickle was not in there.
This review isn’t so much about the pickle, but more so of the employees’ unprofessionalism & bad attitude. I wouldn’t want someone like her working for me if she treats everyone the way I had to experience her attitude today. We all have bad days, but this is your job. I hope I have a different experience if I choose to come back to eat here, and hope her day...
