Worst experience ever! I was initially annoyed when the drive thru attended was overly anxious to get me out of the drive thru line. Then they got my order wrong, after I specificall asked for no ranch on my sandwich and paid extra for hot honey mustard, there was ranch and no hhm. I had to call 2x, re drive thru, and walk in 2x before my order was correct. By that time my food was all cold. There was also the customer behind me in the drive thru line had to come in to get her order corrected, and was told, that it was her fault bc they didn't hear her ordering the salad and when they called it back to her she should have corrected them.. meanwhile they didn't call my order back to me either.. smh.. when I went to get my meal replaced the next day after calling in a complaint I was told to call back in 10 minutes, then later put on hold for an additional 10 minutest bc none of the managers wanted to help me and the manager that told me my entire order would be replaced "was in the bathroom" when he finally came out he only replaced half of my order and there was obvious spit...

I order salad from Zaxbys because i dont really like the pork grease fried chicken and ordering anything else runs the risk of being hard, cold, overcooked, sloppy or sour and today I ordered a cobb salad. Can you find the bacon or the 6 strips of cheese? The tomatoes look like old sandwich tomatoes they had left from something. They were limb and looked like they were on the verge of spoiling. My salads looked like they took one salad and split it between two containers.Yes i order two. Over 20 dollars for two 3.99 kroger salads. I guess its time to find another salad place. The salad was the one thing I thought they couldnt mess up. Who ever was working on Riverside drive Zaxby in macon, Ga on 11/29/22 at 5pm has poor work ethics. If you didnt have enough to make two full salads just say that. I barely had enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. People continue to give bad customer service because so many people except it and keep going back....

When I arrived at the store (within a couple of minutes of the estimated pick up time) I approached Patricia the cashier to inform her I was there to pick up the order I placed, she looked a bit confused but informed me that it wasn't quite ready which is perfectly understandable given that they were somewhat busy. I proceeded to watch 10-12 people come in the store, place their respective orders, receive said orders, and leave. At this point I was the only customer still left in the waiting area so I again approached Patricia and asked her if my order was going to be ready soon, after again seeming confused, I reiterated my name and online order, she then went to a rack behind the counter and picked up my order which had presumably been sitting there the entire time, given how cold the food was when I opened it.
