UPDATE: just because you guys post on here that the manager tried to reach out doesn’t mean it actually happened. I got one generic email from him asking what’s a good day and time for him to reach out… The day came and went and I’ve still yet to hear from anybody aside from you guys trying to post comments to rectify your behavior.Which does not happen because if I could write you a zero star, I would even your customer service when somebody has an issue completely sucks… And again not in a good way.

My husband brought myself and two of our kids here for the first time (hes been to several other locations). Our experience was horrible… and not in a good way. When we arrived there was a 5 min wait… took us 15 mins to get a seat. We got our drinks pretty quickly but then it took 45 mins to even order an appetizer. Yea, when we came in they were dead! After over an hour of sitting without appetizers and with empty drinks.. we asked our waitress if we can order… she said she was taking care of the kids in the restaurant first (we had kids!!) A family came in after us an sat next to us and go their food before us and their drinks constantly filled. Once our crappy food came out, some was cold and some was burnt. My eldest received a completely in appropriate hat as did i… we don’t mind the fun but when there’s a young child it’s disgraceful and unprofessional. My one child (the youngest) didn’t receive a hat and was upset.. we asked and the waitress was frustrated about it. We informed the kiosk and waitress it was my husbands bday… they did nothing but some young girls wearing barely anything came in and got the full birthday experience. After still having empty drinks she handed us our bill… ignored the empty drinks.. never asked us about dessert or anything. It took us almost 30 mins to get our credit card back after paying. Over all we spent $180 for a family of 4 (2 younger kids) to barely eat anything. The service took so long that our 2 hour parking was extended to 4 hours and that cost $60+! This is the worst experience ever.. even the manager was walking around saying thank you (in a nice way..which is normally good but not here!)

We are semi locals and will NEVER come back to this...

Let’s start with how excited we were that sucks came around to the neighborhood, couldn’t wait to have a seat. We came with family and friends that evening. Ordered drink appetizer and meals. Everything came at one time. Drinks had no alcohol and I rarely drink and mine tasted like fruit punch. The nachos were cold pork was gross like came out of a can cold. I ordered the appetizer sampler and everything was undercooked . Fried pickles barely fried filled with grease, tenders to light to attempt to eat, scared to eat the wings didn’t want to become sick. Even my friends sampler was the same only thing edible was cheese sticks and they were actually lightly fried as well. Didn’t eat anything manager comes over asking how everything is and before we can even answer he smiles and says great thanx for coming in & walks off.?! We looked at each other at table like seriously 😳 didn’t say much but for $150 plus tip for $180 was ridiculous for food couldn’t eat. My friend took it all home and said they would finish cooking it to eat. Yes I gave tip because server didn’t cook the food even tho she wasn’t very communicative or nice but then it’s dicks so. Also salad was so soggy. Husband said his pull pork sandwich was cold but ate it cause he was so hungry. Idk if we will ever be back and disappointed even the hat situation that everyone gets excited for was disappointing she just came over and threw them...

This was one of my last stops on my 30th birthday vacation before going back to Ohio I have never been to a Dick’s restaurant before so I wanted to try it out and I’m so happy I did they are absolutely hilarious here I have never laughed harder in my life they are so funny i left there crying and my stomach hurt from laughing so hard lol 😂 I know they have to be rude and insult you on purpose because that’s the theme of the restaurant our waiter name was Kyle and he was so good he had great customer service he stayed in character most of the time but then a couple times he dropped the rude act and then asked us where we were from and he asked us a bunch of questions and he was very nice and I loved his energy and his personality he was a great time he was so much fun!! he made me tootie fruity drinks and they were really good all the drinks looked good here, the food was really good too the appetizer sampler and nachos were so good they were huge they gave me extra nachos because it was my birthday the location was great too I loved it was close to the Beach right after I did my dolphin cruise it’s such a cute little beach town!! 🐬🌴🌴❤️ thank you to Kyle and his staff for making my birthday so memorable they said they would hunt me down in Ohio if I didn’t leave a good review lol 😂 but I know they were just kidding I would definitely come back again this...
