I'm a regular here being as I work close by. Is a great attitude with great food, I usually order my sandwich different than the menu which is usually not a problem, however today it did seem to be a problem. Something as simple as adding extra when item and add in an item and cutting a sandwich we're quite overwhelming for the sandwich preparer. As I was watching my sandwich be prepared the first guy said to the second guy how the sandwich should be prepared. The second guy was quite overwhelmed with the three changes in the normal preparation. He sad man that's a lot and went on to prepare the sandwich the way he must have wanted it. He then said your sandwich. I said that's not mine and told him what was missing and I'm finished hey grab the sandwich bag ripped it open and said oh yeah forgot to cut it. I went on to tell him what else he forgotten, he cut the sandwich and half and sent me on my way with a bad attitude. Enclosing I will just say if you want your way go...

I waited over 10 min for my sandwich in the drive through that I could see them making because the drive through window was propped open with a pen and bugs were flying in with dough sitting on counter. Cashier and sandwich maker seemed to have to keep redoing my sandwich over and were taking their sweet time. On the 4th attempt I asked to speak to the manager and wanted a refund..Manager came..refunded my card and walked away..never spoke 1 time. He had another guy come and tell me my refund would show up in a couple days. I had a frustrating experience at this location. I did not order a “giant” sub, yet I was handed two sandwiches and charged $20. The staff member took my phone for Apple Pay instead of extending the payment terminal, which made it harder to verify the charge in real time.
When I asked about the order, she insisted I had ordered a giant and responded rudely. Instead of correcting the mistake, she said, “You know what, I’m gonna void your order,” and handed me a voided receipt—without any explanation or resolution. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
