TWICE today alone we placed Door Dash orders and BOTH times we didnāt receive items. First order 1 of 2 coffees was missing (50% out of 2??? Wasnāt like we ordered 20 coffees) and we were cool, figured mistakes happen and just placed a new order for missing coffee but now added 2 food items, 1 muffin, 1 donut. The donut was missing (so again, 50% of the food order). Because Dunkin seals their delivery bags, this is NOT a door dash issue. The driver isnāt going to open a sealed bag (and as a customer, I like knowing my driver hasnāt had their fingers in my food) this is 1 MILLION PERCENT a DUNKIN issue. So, we called Dunkin, asked to speak to manager on duty (10:34 am on Saturday 9/30) and the manager, I kid you not, first said it was a Door Dash issue and the driver should confirm everything we ordered was in the bag, and when we pointed out it was up to HER to make sure HER employees weāre actually giving the customer the items they ALREADY PAID FOR , and that, since bags were sealed, the Door Dash driver literally wouldnāt be ABLE to double check correct order (and literally, WHY should a driver (from a different company!) have to ensure YOUR EMPLOYEES have done their job correctly?! ) she said, and I quote, āthereās nothing more weāre going to do for you on thisā and FREAKING HUNG.UP. on me! I am beyond HORRIFIED that this is how your MANAGER decided this was an appropriate way to respond to a legitimate complaint? When I asked for 3 pup cups I was charged $3 for whipped cream? Are you serious. Then they had the nerve to say they charge money for itā¦ITS LITERALLY WHIPPED CREAM! The place is dirty and nasty i donāt know about getting drinks from here anymore you might just get sick.
The coffee always taste burnt and watered down when I asked about it they said the coffee was made yesterday Later in the dayā¦so why are you serving it? Are you seriously giving your customers old coffee.
Itās this Hispanic girl in there she is mean and irritating I asked for a large iced coffee with with 5 French vanilla swirls with less ice and I was handed a large iced coffee with cream and I tasted it it tasted so thick and nasty I could feel the swirls going up in the straw she didnāt even mix it. She also was bullying a girl laughing at her at any mistake she made this is completely disgusting.

Then we moved closer to the Fish Hatch location, so we have stopped in five or six times and have been entirely disappointed every time. They have not ONCE gotten my sandwich order correct, and always seem both frazzled and apathetic. This morning we stopped in on our way downtown, and of course as always my sandwich was wrong. I sent my poor husband back in to have them correct it, and they didn't once apologize or acknowledge the mistake. He then waited for over 10 minutes (while I waited in the car with our impatient five year old) until he finally asked them if they were going to make the sandwich. The person responded "there are people ahead of you." They didn't even bother to prioritize a re-fired order that was their fault! I had also ordered a decaf latte, which I noticed about halfway through was NOT decaf. I am PREGNANT, have not had any caffeine in six months, and the buzz from the incorrect drink has had my baby kicking the bejesus out of my insides for the past five hours.
