tl;dr. If you use a coupon here, but you don't order exactly how they want you to order, they'll happily rip up your coupon and not give you anything in exchange.

Also, the cashier might have made an honest mistake, but the attitude from the manager was borderline unprofessional.

Just recently had the worst McDonald's experience here. Ordered chicken tenders and I asked if I can scan a coupon for medium fries and medium drinks. The cashier lets me scan my app and the PoS machine informs that my deal has been added. When I get my order, I notice that there's no fries and no drinks.

I go back to the cashier to inquire about this and they bring a manager. I show the coupon I just scanned with the information and the manager tells me that, since I didn't explicitly order fries and a drink, they didn't apply the coupon and that, since I already scanned the coupon, they wouldn't accept it. All the while, the manager was speaking like I was just trying to con my way to a free fries and drink, despite me showing the app with the coupon details.

Minor complaint, but this is on top of the fact that they didn't even give the correct combination of sauces that I ordered.

The lesson here is that, if you want to use a coupon here, make sure to explicitly order everything on that coupon and verify that your coupon went through before you purchase... or go to another restaurant because most will usually do...

I never comment on these but i felt i needed too. I waited in line about 10min just to get to the speaker. I ordered my food, and paid. Got up to the window & started being handed stuff that was not mine. The window person started repeating me 2 different orders and asking if they were mine, none which were. He then handed me a coke, i ordered a shake. Told me well thats on the order, well i didnt order that and again stated that was ordered. I agsin said the order taker clearly put it in wrong. Then again handed me the coke, its on your order. And look like the manager finally had sence to say go head give her the shake. Gave it to me and a bag and said your all set. I was missing the kids meal toy, my parfait, value fry and sauces😖 at this point he then gives me stuff one by one and says have a nice day. I was still missing the toy and value fry. Then i get the toy which says mario, and its a superman toy?? Asks to check my recipt of over 25.00 and says you didnt order a value fry?? Just like i didnt order a shake either right? This was one of the worst experiences from a McDonald's i have ever been too. I will never spend my money here again at this location. My apologies to the employees who weren't working this shift, I have had plenty of good experiences at this location. Tonight, 4/11/21 was bad enough that I'm writing a review about it. I'm not that guy, seriously, I usually just brush it off. Anyway, I order 3 bacon mcdoubles, no pickles no mustard. 1 plain double cheeseburger, 1 medium fry, 2 apple pies. I get 2/3 of my bacon mcdoubles soiled with pickles. Gross, but I'd just pick them off usually. 1 regular, not plain double cheeseburger, no fries and 4 apple pies. God help me if I bring home a double cheeseburger that's not plain, not to mention no fries. Total is $19.25. Can't check accuracy because I watched the kid in the window toss the receipt without asking if I wanted it. I wouldn't care, if the order was right, even if they over charged me. I'm hungry, I just gave an hours worth of pay to eat, make it right. I'm not here to complain about the typical things that bother me with most fast food places, but since I'm ranting anyway, here it goes. No greeting, no smiles, no effort, no accountability, no pride, no shame, no apologies, no manners. Cold food, long wait, not worth the time or money. These people want $15 an hour? Psssht!
