Cruisin' Coffee — Restaurant in Marquette

Having been a regular here for almost eight years, I can definitely say the new ownership has immensely improved quality. With prices going up everywhere, the menu has not changed drastically with their prices. Baristas have always been friendly, attentive, and thorough! A smiling face is always there during the early hours of the morning, or during rush hours. Not once have I ever thought that anyone looked “hungover” as a previous review stated—the Karen that made that review should simply make her own coffee. My order is always double checked, and I’ve noticed during busy hours they use a whiteboard to write down orders. I can imagine it gets loud in that hut, so I appreciate baristas double-checking which milk, size, and if my drink was hot or iced. I enjoy conversing with baristas about the day, and filling out the questionnaires on the clipboard while I’m signing my receipt and waiting for my order. I’m always offered a pup-cup or treat when I bring my dog through (he loves stopping there on walks or in the way to the park). Additionally, the seasonal menus are always on point, the rewards system gives me free coffee/goodies, and I love my tumbler from there. Keep it up,...

Uggh cruisin! I used to love you guys so much. After the owner change last year things have changed...and not for the better. After doing a bogo gift card deal for Xmas of 2023, cruisin upped their prices significantly. Quite the way to do business after everyone has already bought gift cards. I wouldn't be mad if the quality would have stayed the same...but it hasn't. The drinks are extremely watery. Is it less espresso? Too much milk? Not sure, but the ratio is not what it should be. There is also no consistency. It depends who's working that day and don't be surprised if you get the wrong milk or a ton of sugar after ordering sugar free because the barista wasn't listening. Which is pretty dissapointing if you have an allergy. I only frequent here because it's a drive thru. Some baristas (not all) can be rude, hungover, or unknowledgeable.. just depends on the day. I would love to give this coffee shop 5 stars. However, the price (which is comparable to Starbucks prices) is what makes me go with a 4 star. The coffee is VERY good, the batistas are kind and quick. There doesn't seem to be a lot of turnover here. The building is kept warm enough for them in the winter and cool enough in the summer. It's clear the owner cares about his business and employees. I would go every day if I could for special coffee if it were $5 for a large one. But over $7 keeps me from...
