Every time I order from here, I always ask for no garlic on the cheesy bread or the pizza. They sometimes get that right, but usually it comes with garlic anyway. I see they put the NO GARLIC sticker on the box sometimes and thatâs usually when itâs right. So I feel like the reason they keep getting it wrong is out of pure laziness. Today I tried my best to explain the directions to the lady on the phone of where I was located. I live in a tricky area and I know that. Then, I get a call that heâs here and I go outside right away and canât find the delivery guy. I call the store in hopes they can get a hold of him because I tried calling his number back and it didnât work. He then calls me back while iâm on hold and gets an attitude with me because âthey donât know the buildings.â I told him I told the lady on the phone further instructions and he still seemed upset with me. I was trying to be as nice as possible because I knew he was frustrated, so I offered and walked to him instead. When getting there, I was greeted with a terrible attitude even after I APOLOGIZED. I also had already tipped over 20% through card. He continued to say him and the girl on the phone werenât from there and that none of the employees are from here and that me and my friend standing next to me were. I then said we werenât from there and understood it was difficult and he completely ignored that. Again, he was coming off like it was our fault even though I explained in detail of where to go and he told me that the girl I spoke to didnât write any of it down for him. As I was walking back, I opened the pizza and cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread had garlic on it and didnât come with marinara sauce. From someone whoâs worked in customer service before, the worker had a terrible attitude towards us and used cuss words a few times both over the phone and in person.    Read moreGreat food, pretty consistent when it comes to preparing and cooking the food as there have been maybe a handful of times that we've had to call and complain and every one of those times it was a new employee who had prepped and cooked the food. That's a handful (5) times out of the 50 times we have eaten here. Almost every employee that has worked here since we started ordering from this location has given excellent customer service and have been delightful to deal with. Its only recently that they've ]had a couple of employees (1 currently still employed) who have been polite and sarcastic all at the same time because they think your not going to notice the sarcasm. I have had 2 encounters, both with the same female employee who is currently still employed there and with each encounter I get more and more angered to the point where last encounter I put in a complaint. They close the carryout at 11 and I got there at 1045 to place my order. She had an attitude the entire time, kept glaring at me, was turning lights off while I was still waiting for my food and then her exact words were "seriously, you've got to be kidding me". Apparently I was there too long for her yet I was still there because I was waiting on them!! You just don't act like that and say things like that when you are working in a customer service based position. If she doesn't like how dominos operates then she needs to direct her anger and frustration at dominos not their customers. If she doesn't like her job, which is at a company that depends on their employee's customer service skills, as well as every customer's satisfaction, then she should quit. Honestly, she knew what the position entailed before applying so therefore she shouldn't have even submitted an application.    Read moreOrdered pizza online for delivery in Westerminster MD today. Two hours later my daughter called me stating that the pizza is still not there. So I called and asked when I could expect it. Guy on the phone " oh it's ready for pick up" me "I ordered it online for delivery NOT PICK UP". Guy " well thats what is in the system. We can still derliver it to you for the extra delivery charge" I agreat to it thinking they will have the courtesy to make a new one since it had been more the 2 hours that I ordered this. So another 15-20 min later Pizza gets delivered. All good right??? No....I received a icecold pizza and a Soda for $19.48 plus delivery charge. So I called them up again, this time really upset and asked for the manager. I explained the situation and asked what they will do to fix this problem since I never even had gotten a call to say" hi mam there is a order ready here for pick up. His response was "well it was already made" I told the guy that I'm not at all satisfied with this service and that I will not leave a good review and I will not be back again and asked again what is he going to do to fix this. He responded that can give me a credit towards my next Order." REALLY?????? Did you hear what i just said?? So I ask for someone higher up to complain about this fiasco and he said "I can't do that I'm not allowed to. You can just leave your review and they will read it and contact you ." NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS SERVICE OR HOW THE SITUATION WAS HANDELED.
Update: I just got of the phone with costumer service. Still haven't gotten the problem resolved but I was treated very respectful/friendly and she even apologized for this situation. She said someone will get in contact with ASAP. I had expected for my very first call to be handeled like this when I called for a update...
