Terrible customer service at this place. I've been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for over 3 years, and the last 3 months have seen horrible customer service. It's always the same young man, I think he's Asian (Indian, Pakistani, not sure what country) but today Sunday July 27, at 12:45 pm he crossed the line at being rude. My husband came in asking for an order and he didn't know or doesn't understand or doesn't know the menu. I don't know, but he's always wants us repeating or explaining what we are ordering and same time He is always rude to my husband. Then we got to pay (everything was drive-thru) and we told him, oh, we forgot to order a donut for my daughter. Can you give me a donut?
He said “ I didn't charge you for it."
My husband : Obviously, I paid for it.
He yelled at us and said, "Don't you see the long line I have?" (There were only cars behind us.) We said, "But you're not going to take long. The donut is right there in front of us." He grabbed it and threw it at us. I told him, "What's wrong with you? Doesn't it know how to respect or what?"
You're always rude service, but today you went too far. The donut is for my daughter. Tell me, your name is supposedly Kevin that he told me but I don't believe it. Read moreAbsolutely terrible! We pulled up yesterday 08/08/2022 around 1300 to get a dozen of donuts, and this lady with an accent asked us the flavors we wanted.
We told her that we wanted one of each donuts that you guys had, we pulled up to the next counter 3 seconds later and this lady already had a box of donuts in her hand.
My family and I were thinking how she got those donuts ready in 2 seconds. We left and looked inside the box and there were like 3 or 4 donuts of the same kind! Like what the actual hell!
What's the point of asking us what we wanted if you're not going to give it to us. The donuts were probably already put in the box beforehand. She could've at least checked and made an effort to make sure we get one of each donuts. The donuts were stale and not fresh. It was disgusting!
This was a disappointment because we had been craving for donuts as this is not something that we have often due to being on a strict diet.
This doesn't even deserve a star....

I’ve always gone to the one closer to me but recently the service has been so horrible they act like your inconveniencing them by coming to their store. I decided to switch and try this store. Oh my gosh what a different experience. The first time I went a young black man with two lip piercings helped me and he was wonderful. He was happy and professional and kind. I saw him helping his coworkers when he didn’t have to (we love that). He said good morning to me and smiled and got my order right and apologized for the wait (there was no wait) and was just all around pleasant and competent. We went again today and again the workers were efficient and got my order right and smiled and were kind. We will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you Dunkin!!
