If I could give them zero stars I would. This past Saturday night my family and I chose to eat at this location, according to the hours on google the restaurant closes at 12am. We arrived at about 9:30pm, upon arrival (there were seven of us) the hostess informed us that there could only be six to a table, which was fine. Two out of the group asked to be seated at the bar but, were told they couldn’t due to social distancing guildlines which is understandable but there was a completely whole side of the bar blocked off. To my knowledge and from dining in at other friday restaurants social distancing has been skipping a seat or two, but these were two people who came to the restaurant together. Not only that, why is there an entire side blocked off? Furthermore, once we are finally seated it’s now about 9:45 after figuring out a seating arrangement that could accommodate us all.. our waitress coming to ask for our drinks took quite a while, by this time it’s 9:56 (exactly) and we not only know what we’d like to drink we also know what we’d like to order for our entree’s. The waitress comes over, takes our drinks orders and a younger family member of mine implied that she had a question regarding an entree on the menu.. the waitress made a very unpleasant face and continued onto the next table without acknowledging her but, the next table just so of happened to of been the rest of our family. There was also another table that she was serving as well that were taken care of after us. After taking all of our orders she comes back to our table at exactly 10:15 informing us that we’d have to be out of the restaurant by 11:00. We were not informed of this before being seated if so, we could’ve made the decision to go elsewhere. Our food didn’t come out until 10:45 to be EXACT and one of the entrees were SKIMPY... three of us ordered the same meal just for one to look terrible. Not to mention the waitress said that all of our food would have to go into to go containers— so wait exactly did we dine in for? Oh, also. After informing the waitress that we did not want the skimpy entree the manager came over, my family member informed him that if it would be a hassle to have more wings it’ll be okay to remove the meal from the bill.. his exact words were “that is what happens when you order flat wings” which was so uncalled for and VERY unprofessional. This location has very poor customer service and not to mention terrible attitudes. The food was disgusting and rushed and the...
Read morePrepare for a bit of a read, there was a lot wrong with our experience. I don't like to write bad reviews and I waited some time hoping I was just feeling dramatic about this but unfortunately this was just a terrible experience. My husband and I will never go here again. We went here about a month ago on a Sunday around noon because we were super hungry. I've been to a TGI Fridays before and had a decent experience. It was pretty much empty except for probably about 2 other tables. As soon as we walked into the door we were hit with an overwhelming bleach smell. It didn't go away. I appreciate a clean restaurant, don't get me wrong, but that was straight unpleasant. Our waitress seemed almost annoyed that we were even there. We got our drinks and a little later ordered our food. Every time she came to our table (which wasn't much, just saying) she seemed more and more annoyed, as if we had done something to make her angry by just showing up to make her work instead of hanging out and chatting with the other waitresses. We didn't ever ask for anything extra, just our regular food and some water. I tried being even nicer to her because she seemed to be in a bad mood and I thought maybe someone else had been rude to her but apparently it was just our existence that made her mad. The drinks were never refilled. She actually never brought anything to the table, just took our order and once asked if our food was okay. Rudely. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a sandwich. It took over half an hour for our food to come out. Again, the restaurant was practically empty. We finally set a timer after 35 minutes deciding that if it wasn't out in 5 minutes we were just going to walk out (we had only ordered water for drinks). It came out 2 minutes before we were going to leave. We should have left much sooner but we felt bad having had someone start making food for us and then letting it go to waste. When it FINALLY came to our table, it was okay at best. I didn't have crazy high expectations, it's basically bar food, but I waited over 40 minutes for a salad, it should have been at least a little better than okay. We ate half our food, paid, and left feeling like we wasted our time and money. What a...

a) ordered Signature whiskey glaze burger w/XTRA crispy fries: received a dry burger in bun. & Tomato with 1" yellow core and pickles.... laid on top of limp, soggy boardwalk fries... of which were laid on top of wilted wet limp lettuce. nothing signature or whiskey glaze included anywhere.
b) ordered fried string beans: received very limp soggy, mealy, fried dough with a hint of GB.
c) ordered new street corn: received 2 tablespoons of boiled corn. That had parsley flakes in a chunky mayo that tastes like black pepper. The lime garnish was larger than the serving.
d) fried and hot, straight from the fryers to plastic containers. Three of which had melted and buckled in on the product. Three large plastic containers, three small round thinner, plastic containers, etc, all shoved into one bag, tied tight. Small round plastic containers SHOVED any which way they would fit, including sideways LEAKING all over bag because the containers had melted AND been shoved tight next to other plastic containers to ....avoid having to use a second bag that is seemingly more expensive than my patronage. ONE packet of ketchup, one packet of mustard and two sets of utensils for 5 orders, at the bottom of bag in the leaked combo of juices slop
e) the cashier, who was attentive to check for a carryout TIP before the receipt left my hand..... only AFTER lazily hold up the wall licking all over a sucker watching me struggle to untie and finally give up ripping the bag open to verify my own order.... still did nothing, up to, and including not offering the new bag needed to get my purchase out the door.
f) Last fact: the grease, crust and grime, covering every inch of the black counter as you enter, and the employee standing behind the register holding up the wall at the filthy countertop, was enough that I should've turn around and left.
Clearly a lack of management, oversight, cleanliness, and Training. My family and anyone I can influence will eat at a gas station before ever paying good money to this particular Arundel...
