The drive-through needs serious improvements. I get that the line alternates, but if one line is moving, there is no reason to make the line that is moving wait for the line that isn’t moving. Why allow customers who show up AFTER your order is placed to go before the customer who has already placed their order? Today, I decided to go on my lunch break to grab my mobile order via drive-through. I pull up, and the first young lady confirms my order and advises me to proceed…no problem…my line is moving quickly. The other line was completely standstill. So I’m at least 3 cars ahead of the other line. I’m waiting patiently for my car to be directed to move forward as we are already in order. I noticed the other line next to me started to move, but I heard my name called by the woman who coordinates the cars. I waved to let the woman know it was me. She disrespectfully flicked her hand and told me in an aggressive tone “You need to wait,” and proceeded to walk past my car, and to the lane that had stalled for the past 3 mins, despite my wait, as well as my name being called, and took the other cars name and money, and allowed them to go before me. I guess because I tried to get her attention when she said my name, she then had an attitude. She walks over to my car and I let her know that I heard her say my name, and she rudely cut me off and said: “it doesn’t matter, we have to do every other car.” I told her that I had placed my order well before the car, and again she rudely disrupted me and proceeded to say “Okay well have a great day,” and walked away without confirming my order at all. When I got to the window/door opening, I asked the manager for her name which he informed me was LYDIA! Well LYDIA doesn’t deserve to work at Chic Fila because CHIC FILA has much higher standards than her nasty attitude. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service at a Chic Fila in all the years that I’ve dined at any location. I get that everyone has bad days, but she needs retraining. If I had the time (meaning not the lunch rush) that situation would’ve been handled completely differently...

I know it’s not the restaurant’s fault that one person just doesn’t know customer service, but I hope this issue gets resolved because I put in a complaint about it. I was going through the drive thru where the lane splits into two for order taking, and the car in front of me was still angled in my lane as they were moving to go into the other lane. I could not move forward without hitting that car, so I waited patiently. Then a middle age looking Latina woman yelled at me to move forward. My window was up and I could still hear her scream at me with her arms rudely gesturing me forward. Finally I moved forward once the car in front of me completely left my lane. As the Latina woman gestured me forward more, I rolled down my window and started the first couple words of my order. However, she interrupted me with an attitude and told me to keep moving forward. Thinking that she would walk with me and take my order, I moved up but she ended up ignoring me and taking the order of the person behind me. I think that was her way of being petty for when I didn't move forward when the car was blocking me. I had to actually wave someone down so they can take my order because I didn't want to mess up their flow. That was the first time a Chick Fil A worker gave bad service. I've never had this problem before. She should not be working at a place that takes pride in their good customer service because she definitely ruined it. It’s colored water of all things. Big deal. I paid $9 to eat the scam salad. I have just as much right to sit down until I get done and not when you get ready. I pay your wages.

Then, the Asian gentleman this morning lunchtime stood there with his head in the clouds when I asked him if he was busy. He continued to ignore me until I had to get loud. I will be submitting a fraudulent card use to my bank. $12 for a petty sandwich salad is outrageous. For $3 at McDonald’s I can walk out with a combo meal and do a helluva lot better than Chik-Fil-A. Avoid this location like the plague.
