Updated Review as of November of 2020 and During the COVID-19 Global Pandemic:
Ahead of a planned Second Visit here, I called here and spoke to a Manager regarding the unexpected problem I had during my First Visit. The Manager was extremely kind, and he apologized immediately about the problem. This Manager, along with the Two Owners, worked as a Team to resolve the problem to my full satisfaction. I appreciated them Respecting me as one of their Customers by resolving the matter so fast with no questions asked, No hassle. Period.
I think the Two-Owners are Husband and Wife and if so, they are a Very Lovely Couple. And if they are not married then they are Very Lovey People. I wanted to ask them whether or not they are married, but I decided not too so they would not feel like I was trying to get all up in their Personal Business:)
I also wanted to tell them Congrats❗as far as owning this beautiful and highly prized/prime real estate location/area in Oxon Hill. In addition, this is a Minority-Owned Business too and seeing that inspired me to not give up my dream of owning my own business someday:) I also liked the Diversity I saw as far as there staff members and I was very impressed with their efforts to comply with the new regulations in relation to the COVID-19 G.lobal Pandemic. I loved the Diversity as far as their highly-trained, very nice and courteous staff members.
My Very Lovely Sub was hot and very fresh. and packed with the Extra Meat I ordered. Other places consider 1 extra strip of bacon for $20 as being an extra meat order....But I Don't....lol.
I love the fact that they have Giant Size Subs too. Other places claim that their 12 Inch Subs are Giant Subs. They need to stop playing with me because the Giant sub here makes their competitors subs look like they are Mini Subs for Kids.

Read moreThis restaurant is an absolute gem! I truly hope the manager or owner sees this because my experience here was nothing short of exceptional. I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s locations, but this one completely exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, setting the tone for an amazing visit. When I went to pay, the young man at the register greeted me with such enthusiasm and genuine kindness—it made my day! The atmosphere was spotless, and the team took extra care to ensure my order was made to perfection.
I ordered two sandwiches, the #42 and the #7 (Mike’s Way), and as a true foodie, I went all in with the giant size for both. They kindly cut them into fours, making it easy for me to enjoy them for dinner tonight and lunch over the next two days. And wow—what an experience! The moment I took my first bite, the flavors burst in my mouth like a perfect symphony. It was a true chef’s kiss!

Read moreI came in and ordered my sandwich, was told it would take 15 mins, I sat down and waited 25 mins. My number was never called. When I looked up after seeing 20 people walk in and out with their food I saw a sandwich sitting on the counter wrapped up, alone. I asked the girl was that mine and she rudely said no and stomped off. That's when my attitude kicked in but I kept my cool because they are preparing my food, I waited ANOTHER 20 MINS, AGAIN...Seeing 10-15 people walk in and out, the same sandwich is still sitting there. 45 MINUTES LATER, I walk up and ask another associate how much longer will I have to wait for my ONE sandwich? She then told that same employee that my sandwich was IN FACT the sandwich I had been looking at sitting on the counter for 35 minutes! I was livid!!!
