Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

Today I went to eat with my co worker , we order food that cashier told us you can pay later , then store manager starting yelling and she was really rude , we were eating she staring yelling in front of people , we need to pay urgently , I told her as soon we finish food we will pay , I feel really offended by then this service at store today , in the middle of eating I left food and went to pay at cashier . That was today between 10 am to 12 . I am really disappointed of this customer services . For being a store manager she need to be send to class how to treat customer with respect .I will not recommend this place to anyone .This that worst place I ever gone and had this bad experience, I was treat badly I like I didn’t had that money to pay for food . Today I visited this location, and my mom seen one of the workers play with her hair and mouth and then tried to put on gloves to prepare our food without washing her hands. I think ppl should be aware how and who handles their food.the worker actually caught an attitude when approached. I always visit this location and unfortunately this was not a pleasant time this time. It's the girl with the glasses. Why catch an attitude if a customer asks you to wash you hands after observing you playing with your hair and face without washing your hands. Don't make sense... so if you see her about to fix your sub request for another person to prepare your sub instead. That was unsanitary, for all she could've known we could've been health inspectors...

Jersey Mike's is one of my all time favorite sub chains because I grew up in NYC and this reminds me of the deli sandwiches I used to love. This is the third location that I have been to in Maryland and it is so clean, fast and the servers are so nice. My meals are always made with care and when I order through the app its always on time. Midday they tend to get very busy but they still serve with friendliness. I literally order this once a week because of the quality of the subs, how clean the restaurant is and how nice the people are here. The numbered pick up zone is usually full and it is in an area in the parking lot where there tends to be card speeding through the drive way between Mike's and Lowes, so I park in...
