The only good thing about this place is jaquann the manager and another man I don't know his name but those two are the only good things here because the fix everything with no hassle and offer more for our troubles and I wish they would be able to work at a place that deserves managers of their quality but they have to deal with so many mess ups and many from us. This is the closest McDonald's so we have to get from it a lot but there is always something missing or no right... This morning I doordashed and the Dasher asked for extra butter and syrup for me and they can't check bc the bag is sealed... So it gets here and ONE butter... For 6 pancakes and two biscuits... Two big breakfast with hot cakes and ONE flipping butter when they usually at least give two butters and one syrup if you don't ask for more... Yet there should be one butter per pancake and biscuit anyway but at least three butters and two syrups per one breakfast should be the minimum it comes with yet you get one syrup and two butters when they do it right if you don't request more yet even being asked for EXTRA today we get 4 syrups which is decent but had to ask... But ONE butter? So they really put one butter for 8 items we used butter for out of the 4 that is supposed to come with for two breakfasts minimum and even asking for extra that's it? Now it's busy when I call and I have to yet call and tell them about their awful service and how incompetent people are! This Job is not that hard and how hard is it to place items in the bag or read And make it correctly?! Sad they know me and my husband by name now ... If y'all can't speak or read English well then don't work where you need to comprehend orders! Half way McDonald's is even worse and the manager there is awful and refuses to fix the right things she picks and chooses and won't even offer anything to make up for it ... Then we always have to hold up the line and check everything before we leave but sometimes my husband can't check when he has to be at work and then we get it and he had to run back and it's annoying when they should not need us to check and then when you have it delivered they can't look in the bag .. so then when you are in a motel and don't have the extra butter and syrup or items and you don't have the transportation so you order it you can't just run back in when they mess up every time! So then our kids don't want to eat it bc they want their butter and syrup or when they don't make it plain .. etc.. let items sit and melt or get watered down and so on.. it's so frustrating when you pay so much as it is when McDonald's used to be a cheap place we could afford and good food now you pay double for half butt food and service... Then many make you even pay 29 cents per extra sauce and some really charge us! Happy when we get the humble ones who just give us one..I mean we spend all that money and can't have one sauce if we don't get nuggets or chicken strips? Sorry for the long vent but I gave a 2 only bc the two managers otherwise a one all the way. Read more26Aug.2022….6:42a.m.-7:25a.m. I just wanted a large sweetened ice tea, the lady at the 1st window got it correct, Mike the morning mgr. at the 2nd window didn’t get it right. I got home took care of things there and finally wanted a sip of my ice cold sweet tea (I paid for)to find out it was UNSWEETENED ice tea…I had to go back in order to get what I paid for. This was a problem for the mgr.(I went directly to the 2nd window)handed me another supposedly cup of sweetened ice tea, I took a sip after I had pulled forward from the window. I had to pull into the parking lot spot and preceded to go inside where Mike spoke with an attitude and attempted to display a demeanor with attitude; in which I wasn’t phased by it. NEITHER TIME DID MIKE TASTE EITHER CUP OF TEA, NEITHER TIME. Mike trying to make it seem like it was my fault. I usually don’t complain(but 2 cups filled with unsweetened ice tea)as I told Mike this..2 Spanish woman who work there were looking as this situation was unfolding. Mike picks up the sweet tea dispenser and puts it on the counter near the register(where orders are taken for the dining area)slightly fills a courtesy cup of said tea and hands it to me. Clearly he wasn’t getting tea from here. As the universe would have it, as I was placing the cup of tea on the counter, it spills on the counter(He was clearly rushing and not paying attention)Finally I received my cup of sweet tea. After 2 failed attempts. NO THANKS!! I see why this place is running through employees and mgr’s. Go back to customer service training. My meager business will go to a more deserving McDonald’s. I’m a regular lunch patron. This McDonald’s in the last year has seen a better crew of people working here. Some mornings I luck up and get a great drive-thru order taker and server. My experience here for the past 6 years have been good. The other day, I actually went inside to get my food and was not pleased with the grease ridden fries 🍟 and my order taker wasn’t attentive for the fact that they rang me for two small fries when I asked for one. Read moreWent inside to order $5 meal only to be told have to order thru app. Attempted to load app only to tell me no McDonald's locally (I'm sitting inside that McDonald's). Apparently while attempting to do this there was a shift change or just an employee change at that register. Tall Afro American person asked were we waiting on food, told him no attempting to download app to order 2 $5 meals. He stated heard there were problems with that. There's where I reckon I thought under those circumstances that person would take my order to resolve issue. No he wanted my phone to attempt to resolve. I refused and he said would walk me through. By this time I was in sugar shock and needed food. I got upset stated elderly people who don't use phones to order food anywhere were not going to use their phones and McDonald's would loose those business and I sincerely hope that happens. McDonald's employee jumped on that welcoming me to the new young world and as much as we are blamed for insulting Afro Americans or Foreigners, I felt prejudice against elderly people. That person continued to yell loudly at me as I left in Diabetic crisis and I reckon he felt comfortable doing so since restaurant was empty. Very very very inappropriate. People file discrimination suits every day and I felt and continue to feel discriminated by that employee whether he was hourly employee or manager. I will never go to that location again ever. I did go to another restaurant and basically same app crap but they had no problem assisting me and taking my order. My food was wonderful and my sugar was stabilized. I don't wish for anyone to loose a job anywhere, but that employee needs retrained. As a Walmart employee, Marshall's employee or for that matter any other company employee, we are not allowed to speak or back talk a customer and if we did, we could or would be disciplined possibly fired immediately.
