We used to be regular customers at Milanos, making it a part of our family’s weekly “Pizza Thursday” tradition. Every Thursday, without fail, we’d order our favorite pizzas for delivery, and it became a fun ritual we all looked forward to, especially our three toddlers.
However, our experience took a sharp turn when Milanos messed up one of our orders. They offered a free pizza as an apology, but only for pick-up. With three young kids, delivery is not just a preference; it’s a necessity. Still, we appreciated the gesture and accepted their offer.
Fast forward a couple of months, we decided to claim that free pizza. Unfortunately, on the way to pick it up, I got a flat tire in the middle of a torrential thunderstorm. Stranded on the side of the road, I called Milanos to explain the situation. I even offered to pay for delivery and extra for the inconvenience, knowing how much my kids were looking forward to it.
What happened next was shocking and deeply disappointing. The manager got on the phone with an attitude that was beyond unacceptable. He was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no empathy for our situation. Instead of understanding and working with us, he coldly told me that if I chose not to pick up the pizza, I shouldn’t expect them to give us another one.
We are appalled at the complete lack of human decency and respect shown by Milanos. The way they handled this situation was entirely unnecessary and has lost them a loyal customer. Read moreI placed a delivery order for 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of soda for a family of 4, which totaled around $34 dollars. The pizzas were delivered without the soda and one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called to tell them and the person cut me off mid sentence to let me know the soda was on it's way, without allowing me to finish my sentence about the incorrect pizza. I found her quite rude and asked to speak with a manager who then apologized and offered me a new pizza which seemed fair. The pizza arrived with a complimentary slice of chocolate cake which my kids enjoyed. Much to my disappointment, the pizza arrived incorrect for a second time! I had asked for extra cheese, half with just cheese (the way my 7 year old likes it), and half green pepper and mushroom. The whole pizza had mushroom with one half green pepper the exact same way it was the first time! However the only difference was that it had an absurd amount of extra cheese which appeared to have leaked all to one side during the delivery ride. I didn't even bother to call back again after my experience the first time. I'll simply order from PIZZA BOLI in the future because no one cared enough to listen to what toppings I actually needed. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with this establishment because although the pizza was good, the manager was courteous and apologetic, but failed to listen to me about my actual order. Read moreMy mother ordered delivery from here to my job. I realized the address I gave was wrong before my order got to me, so I called them myself. I spoke to someone and explained the situation and gave him the correct address. He called me back to tell me that his boss couldn't find the address in the GPS which is understandable since I work in a fairly new community. I gave his boss directions to where I was and when the delivery person got there he asked me if the food was mine. He motioned for me to sign his reciept. After signing the reciept and I handed it back to the delivery person and said "thank you." He looked at the reciept, glared at me, and left. He didn't give me a reciept, there was one in my bag but the price of everything was not on it. There was supposed to be salad dressing in my bag also, but there was none. The salad is nice and big, but most of my spinach has rips and holes in it. My salad also had chicken on it which isn't in the description and wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't trying to go vegan (that's not their problem, but still). My receipt says "steak fries," but I got regular fries. The only thing that was right were my mozzarella sticks which were only ordered to meet the minimum delivery requirement $ amount.
