Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

7/29 I ordered $56 worth of food for my fam while we were busy getting ready for my wedding anniversary party. I ordered at 5 pm for food delivery at 7:15 pm. The food was delivered at 7:35 pm. Pizza was room temperature and tasted old. The onion rings were cold and tasted like shoe strings. The wing order was totally incorrect even though I put instructions in the box online as requested. The cheese steak sub was completely forgotten. It took the driver another hour to deliver the sandwich and my daughter was afraid to eat it because we had complained. Manager promised a partial refund and I had to call today 5 days later just to be told that the manager was having difficulty crediting my card! Manager asked if I wanted a store credit! I don't think so. I stupidly gave you another chance even though the first time I ordered the delivery person forgot to bring desert! I'm done with you Pizza Bolis! SMH!!! SMH!!!! Please credit my money back as promised! Please!

So I called in for 12 Buffalo wings (mild) and the guy who answered kindly took my order, and before wrapping things up I asked him “are the wings made fresh?” and he told me yes! He said they’d be ready in 15-20min. I walked in to pick up my order and he was very welcoming but he looked at me and said “try one of the wings now and if you don’t like it, I’ll give you your money back, a full refund”. I looked in the bag and they appeared to look just fine and I told him “if they’re good I’ll come back” (I just wanted to hurry back home) he smiled and said ok and offered me a free Pepsi. I got home, opened the container and there was hardly any Buffalo sauce on the wings and the wings weren’t made fresh at all. No wonder he asked me to try them while I was in store and gave me a free Pepsi lol he probably felt bad for lying about the wings being fresh. I ordered 12 and was only able to eat 6 after that I got nauseous and threw it away. When I say I want my food made fresh, as a businessman you should deliver exactly that. First time trying this place and decided to try the lasagna with the meat sauce and western fries. I placed the order at 6:30PM and waited until 8:30PM to receive my food. I had to call twice to ask why it was taking so long but they had no idea. When the food finally came, I asked the delivery guy what happened. He said that he just got the order placed about 25 minutes ago around 8:05PM. At this point I just didn't care because I was starving and opened up the food. Everything smelled pretty good(but then again everything does when you are hungry) and started eating. It wasn't bad, but not worth a repeat order. A few hours later, I because violently ill; I mean projectile vomiting, diarrhea, a terrible headache and stomach pains for the rest of the weekend. Its been about 6 days and I am still feeling a bit queasy. I used to love lasagna.. now I'm afraid to try it again. So if you do order from them, do not call them asking about the status of your food. Or maybe don't order the lasagna. I have been scarred for life and I will never order from Pizza...
