Long-Story short in 3 Words: Go somewhere else!
'Elaboration' The only time this location was at its peak was during the first week open after the renovation, before taking a downfall back to how it was previously and progressively being evermore worse.
My second visit after the renovation was done through the app while just being within a short walking distance. After just getting inside, a worker said quite audibly that she wasn't going to do mobile orders until they are actually there. I watched as various people got their orders at random that came after me, yet I was asked 3 different times at different moments by the same person my name for my order along with what the order was...I even showed my ID for certainty and since I felt that speaking was a fruitless effort over visual. I saw my order appear on the "Ready" screen and watched it disappear without it being presented in that duration of time, just before the third time I was addressed on the matter. I finally got my order after over 20 minutes of patiently waiting and was polite as I accepted it.
Just yesterday, I ordered across the street before going to since I knew that it would take me less than 5 minutes to get there. After a bit from being inside, someone came back in saying their food was not fully cooked. Multiple times the front was left idle and more people were piling on. Just a repeat of the previous, even having mobile orders made long after mine were out before myself. I had a brief conversation with a woman that said she went to 3 different locations that same day because her kids wanted it, and ended that she wasn't going to Wendy's ever again. I waited 28 minutes before I finally got my 1-item order.
I decided to go to the McDonald's right across from it and made an order just before going inside on their app to see how long it would take. I was out in 3 minutes.

On Monday I sent my son to get me a salad when he got back I open my salad and the chicken was burnt and he had left to go back to work. I called the main office and complain and no one got back to me so I returned the salad actually the piece of chicken back to them on Tuesday the manager with a attitude gave me a new salad no apology no anyting. So dumb me love they're Apple pecan salad so much I decided to buy two of them tonight and lo and behold the same thing two salads with two burnt grilled chicken on top. When the manager came up to give me a refund she was upset because she had been giving refunds back all day and had just got off the phone with a angry customer, and I explained to her maybe you want to sit your employees down and have a conversation with them because no one should be given food that look like this. I have pictures to prove it. This is the Wendy's on Branch Avenue and Colebrook in Temple Hills Maryland. But me loving this salad so much I decided to go down to the Wendy's on Saint Barnabas Road in Rivertown they only had one salad that was made, but the manager actually walked up to the register and said what does she need. I'll make you two salads very very nice restaurant very friendly employees managers outstanding. Can you tell me why I can't go across the road from my house to buy a simple salad but have to go three to four miles out of my way. Read moreThe employees at this location BADLY NEED TRAINING!! Please take them to Chick-fil-a for some!! They have no customer service skills at all. Came here cause I got a coupon for a buy one get one free 6 piece chicken nuggets. Ordered my food from the drive thru. Before I even finished ordering, the man tells me they're not doing that anymore. When I finish telling what I want, he apologized. I go to the first window and give the girl my coupon and money. She corrects my order b/c he charged me for my fries only. While I'm talking to her, she closes the window and tells me they got it. Ok but you didn't even hear my question. I get to the 2nd window, a man with long dreads hands me an incomplete order. Before I even finish telling him it's incorrect he cuts me off and tells me I didn't order all that and I got some change back. I tell him what I ordered and that I didn't receive any change back. With an attitude he asks me what I ordered and shuts the window and proceeds to to shake his head and talk to his coworkers. He comes back shoves the bag in my hand and shuts the window. I didn't even get a chance to ask for sauce. PLEASE either properly train your employees or vet them during their interview before hiring unprofessional individuals!
