If I were to rate the two (yes, two) employees working they would both receive 5+ stars as their work, patience and great attitude certainly made up for the time it took to prepare not only our food but the constant stream at the window as well as ppl coming in the dining room and. Sign out on board as well as posted on door that help is needed and it truly is. Kudos to those two employees last night! Our food was good, the store and dining room appeared clean. To Arby's: plz, I beg of you if you can not find enough staff of your own, make it feasible to "borrow" an employee or two from another Arby's? King's Island will open in a few weeks and for Arby's to not only succeed but be profitable alot more staff needs to be given this store. Read moreThe biggest issue(s) with my visit was witnessing an employee, on the food assembly line, cut a piece of chicken breast off and eat it while keeping his gloves on. With the same pair of gloves still on, he proceeded to grab more food out of the pans to eat that, too. He did not change his gloves and continued to make orders for other customers.
My second concern is with the amount of time I waited to receive low quality food. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender. It took 5 minutes or more to receive my food. It was no fresh at all. I was able to see a fresh basket of chicken tenders hovering over the fryers. It made me think that I was handed the leftover tenders before the new batch. The bacon was old cold and seemed like it was sitting for 4 or 5 hours The bun was dried out and hard. WRONG BUN TOO. Shame on that person thinking that's acceptable to serve this. (Manager to boot also)I will not be back to this location. Also walking in to this place to pick up the order my shoes stuck to the floors as they were sticky and seem like they weren't cleaned for a few days.
