First of all, we phoking love pho and this definitely scratched the itch big time. We ordered the spring rolls which were crisp and light and the ox tail pho which was definitely tender and authentic. The chicken pho was also stellar. The portions are large and hefty and they don’t skimp on the garnishes. Great chilli oil too if you are a spicy loving person. Home grown bean sprouts too! Service was fast and atmosphere was wonderful. Steady flow of people, and not just tourists. Owner spoke with everyone dining and would make conversation. This restaurant was open in Lahaina but was lost in the fire. In Lahaina, out of the three pho restaurants, this restaurant was top rated before the fire. This business used to be located in Lahaina, the family lost EVERYTHING. Two businesses, their house, they almost didn’t make it out alive. They reestablished themselves in Kihei to build back. The food was a 10/10! I got the raw beef and brisket pho and my boyfriend got the oxtail pho, we also shared the egg roll and it was amazingggg! So happy a good Pho noodle place opened over here! We were more than happy with the food but connecting to the staff and hearing their story makes me want to support even more and promote this family owned company! Great vegetarian and vegan options here! They have a section just for vegetarian/ vegan options. I ordered the tofu summer rolls, tofu banh mi and tofu pho. The banh mi was one the best on Maui - their bread came out with a nice thin crispy layer that doesn't hurt your mouth, and the tofu sauce was so good. The summer roll was better than most places I've been and they gave me two dipping sauces so I didn't have to share. The pho had a good veggie broth but I didn't taste the pho spices - most people would add hoison for flavor. It did satisfy my craving for hot nourishing soup and the veggies topping...
