Went to Megan for a full balayage and cut. I told her I wanted it as light as possible and I’m brunette. I thought it would be an all day thing but was surprised to hear she had another appointment after me so maybe it was rushed? Anyway I thought a full balayage meant the top would be highlighted but only the bottom came out lighter, and two blotchy strands in the front stayed light. My girlfriend tried to schedule two appointments here with one of them being partially successful. The first time she made an appointment she showed up and the receptionist said “uhhh i thought i called you, we moved your appointment an hour later”. spoiler alert, she did NOT call her. With Regina I booked a color correction I told her I wanted a toned down natural looking balayage and she ended up spending 5 hours putting huge bleach streaks and brassy weird highlights that look anything but natural.
