I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sol Brothers Southern BBQ in Keihei, Hawaii, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the Alabama-style barbecue ribs. They were cooked to perfection, with a mouthwatering smoky flavor that left me craving for more. The meat was so tender that it practically fell off the bone, and the tangy barbecue sauce added just the right amount of sweetness and heat. It was truly a finger-licking delight.

I do not write reviews for food places but I absolutely loved this place.(it would take a really good chef to make me write this so definitely recommend) It took a while for him to take our order but it came out really fast and we ordered large meals. The food was delicious, so amazing! Out of all the food trucks his caught my attention because of the photos that he shew. (I know the other ones were posted on the trucks too but those ones caught my attention) The BBQ Mac and cheese sandwich and the baby back barbecue ribs were what we ordered. AMAZING! Lured by the delicious smell, walked up to the FRIENDLIEST woman...seriously, so funny and kind and just a boss! Immediate service, we listened to the DJ as our food was prepared and took our boxes home. These boxes were HUGE. I had the hot link sandwich that came with a pickle, and added a side of mac and cheese. Do NOT eat standing, sit, because this food will knock you out. The sauce is perfect with light heat, the link was cooked perfectly. My family each ordered chicken both in form of a platter (HUGE portion) and a sandwich with the beans and grilled cabbage on the side. I’m not sure if there is anything I would NOT get again.
