Starbucks — Restaurant in Maumee

Typically you would think to give all Starbucks locations about the same rating based on them having the same products! well unfortunately I have to review this location with a two out of five. Reason being, is that I decided to order a quick breakfast to go on my way to work. I'll try to post photos, but when I got my smoked bacon gouda sandwich, it was totally lopsided in the bag. I had to re put my sandwich together. As I was doing so I happen to take the top percent off, and to my dismay found bacon that was 75% fat and grease. No meat! I ended up removing the bacon from the sandwich as I wondered to myself, do they see what's inside the sandwich before they serve? I know everything is pre-packaged and just reheated before it's served, but it just got me wondering! so at the end of the morning, my quick breakfast sandwich turned into a hassle to try and eat while driving. Which I wouldn't advise...

Even though this is not my normal Starbies, I went in and they remembered me. The cashier barista made a suggestion to try something new based on what I currently drink and I did. It was Caramel/Vanilla macchiato and it was quite good. I like that feeling that this location recognizes me from when the Starbies was remodeling, I went to this one 3 days a week. They were all friendly and they greeted you when you walked in the door "Happy Morning" the days I went in this last week. I need to lose weight but this feeling is always a welcome 1st thing in the morning so I will stick with what I drink with my personal cup and I like this location too. I wish Starbie did military all the time exept that 1 day a year at Veterans Day. Great Job ya'll. Keep up...

I just dealt with a very rude person in the drive-thru. She may have been a supervisor. She definitely was not anyone that I typically deal with, and at this location I have never had a problem in all of the years it's been open. I ordered a $7 drink and asked for a short cup of whipped cream because I like to add it as I go. She said she couldn't do it. I replied nicely that I get it all the time. She absolutely refused but said she give me a small sample size. She cared not one bit that I chose not to get anything. I was treated with an heir of superiority and indignance. Hey man there are Starbucks on every corner and I have never encountered such a rude staff member. And if she is a supervisor, what a terrible example...
