2 Crazy Guys — Restaurant in McKinney

We are in a pool league that plays here once a week. Here's the ways that they could improve for not just the league, but also other patrons. I hope they will read this and make changes. Otherwise, I suspect they will lose the league business at some point. They have no respect for the league (who pays to play there and gives them LOTS of business). They will have loud parties (even karaoke!) during our pre-scheduled end of season playoff matches. This is like yelling during a golf shot...you just don't do it. No respect. And on league nights, they tend to have 1-2 tables (friends of the owners) taking service away from us and they are always loud and distracting. They also let some young kids (5-6 y.o.) play on tables right next to league play and the kids scream and 'accidentally' hit us when we are shooting. You basically bus your own dishes, glasses, etc. And every surface is always sticky. It's gross. There are hot areas in the place where you are miserable. And other areas where you better have a jacket in your car or you will freeze. Their A/C needs serious re-balancing. It's sad when you don't know what to wear each week because you don't know which section you will be playing in. Some of the rudest players are friends of the owner. Actually, every group that is bothersome is friends of the owners. He should care about the experience of his patrons and expect his friends to act civilly. They run FoxNews all day/night. Good place. Fairly priced alcohol in comparison to competition (End Zone). The reason I am giving this 3 star is because we had to clear our own table because our empty glasses are starting to pile up and the bartenders were just busy socializing with other customers (not busy). And when we brought our empty glasses to the front counter the lady server was like "you didn't have to do that"--- uhhh yes we had to because no one else was clearing it for us. I also asked if the kitchen is still open, the guy bartender told us he will check for us, but he never came back. They also do not know how to mix drinks, next time we will stick to the drafts or bottled. We visited 4/8/2022 so the servers assigned the closing shift were underperforming. I have friends that enjoy coming to this place over the last two years. Personally a few weeks ago those same friends had a horrible waitress while she used vulgar language to speak to them and demeanor them because they are “drunk”! Refused to sale beer or a “bucket of beer” but would sale “shots”. First of I was sober and refusing to sale to me as a walking customer at 10pm then offer straight liquor? Also last call for alcohol not made and she came a dumped all beers while playing pool with a $600 tab. It’s the last place I would ever see myself again. Rather go to Plano or Dallas until they can get their staff to learn county regulations but also customer service.
