Never seen such a disrespectful group of workers ever. I came 11/22 around 5:20pm. The girl on register was really nice but the girl doing the food has such an awful attitude. Her hair is a mess not looking properly tied up like it’s a wig or something makes me wonder how much of that hair is in the food. I’m allergic to cilantro so i get plain white rice without it. As she’s doing my bowl it was like I’m a huge inconvenience to her day as this is a place you choose to work and you serve how we want our food. I only get 3 things in my bowl. She put like half a scoop of beans in my bowl. All it has is rice beans and cheese. Why am i getting such little portion as I’m paying for a whole portion. She was disrespectful and rude to just about any customer and not professional at all. I came yesterday around 7-8 and there was no silverware so i had to ask for some. Chick doing Togo food looked at me so annoyed like im supposed to be the one restocking it. The guy in the back doing food today and yesterday was also rude to the workers and customers. Definitely did not like the service i got and i hope the employees get their acts together and realize this is the job they choose and need to serve everyone with respect and a smile. Very disappointed.
Update 11/28: Came back to try and give them another shot and for what ever reason there’s no plain white rice. I’ve been going to chipotle for years and known multiple people personally who have worked with this company and they are supposed to always keep a thing of plain white rice to due people with allergies of cilantro like me. The workers are still absolutely rude and every time i look at the ratings of this place they keep going down. Never one have i seen it go up. In stead of telling us to go to a link or whatever responding to our reviews maybe yall should do some something about it and maybe get corporate involved. Absolutely disappointing of an environment. The cook is also currently just talking on the phone in the back. When he should be making the food that they are out of. So very disappointing. Step it up. Make some changes. I’m writing this as a very loyal customer who visits Chipotle 2–3 times a week, but after tonight’s experience at the West University Dr & 75 location, I’m seriously reconsidering that.
I arrived at 10:10 PM — well before the 11:00 PM closing time — and immediately noticed all the chairs inside were already stacked on the tables. Customers were being forced to eat outside on the patio. It felt like the staff had already mentally closed up shop.
I ordered a bowl and a burrito, both with double brown rice. A staff member (a shorter woman, around 40s–50s) filled up part of the bowl and then ran out of rice. A taller gentleman near the grill went to grab more from the fridge, but shockingly, the woman motioned for him to stop — giving a clear hand signal to not bring more rice out. She then turned to me and simply said, “No more brown rice.”
When I asked to speak to the manager, she pointed to another woman with red hair in two buns. At this point, both of them were smirking and laughing about the situation — extremely unprofessional and dismissive behavior, especially considering the time. It wasn’t even close to closing, and this staff was already cutting corners and treating customers like an inconvenience.
This is not the first time I’ve come by this location around 10 PM only to find half the ingredients out or unavailable. It’s clear this crew just wants to shut down early and leave at 11:00 sharp, regardless of what the hours say. If you close at 11, then you need to be prepared to serve your full menu and treat customers with the same respect and service as you would at any other time.
The lack of customer service, the poor attitude, and the blatant refusal to do the job properly was unacceptable. As someone who consistently supports this brand and location, this was extremely disappointing and honestly disrespectful.
I’ll be reaching out to corporate directly as well. Something needs to change — whether it’s better training, accountability, or a complete shift in store culture. I’m seriously considering switching to alternatives like Cava or Nom Nom’s, where you get better quality and...
Read moreVisited this location and ordered a chicken bowl with a side of guacamole. I was served burnt chicken, that had a crispy black coating on the side throughout the entire bowl. I contacted the store spoke with an associate that promised to replace my bowl. I took down her name as well as the managers name and told her I would come in the following day. The associate informed me that it was fine and that there won't be an issue. I arrived the next day and informed the Mgr on duty I was there for a replacement and provided her with what transpired with my order the day before, as well as provided her with the associates name and Mgr name who approved. The Mgr on duty got loud rude with lots of head rolling and adrenaline pumping, telling me she's. Not replacing my order nor giving me a refund because I should have came back that same day. The entire resurant, all customers zoomed in and began to observe her behavior towards me. I was extremely embarrassed and felt belittled. The Mgr refused to provide her name so I could report her. Nor was she wearing a name tag. I then asked to speak with with the manager on duty that was above her which was a man named Alex he came out he talked to me he basically backed the previous manager. Up that was rude to me and told me he was not going to do anything for me and that if I want to get a refund I need to. Call corporate. He also refused to give me the manager's name that was rude to me handed me. Corporate's number and told me have a good day. I will never visit this location ever again as much as I like Chipotle. I felt very embarrassed a little and did not feel valued as a customer As well as baffled from the customer service that I have received. Not to mention.
