I'm done with their printing service...
4 of the last 5 times I have had something printed here, something has been wrong.
The stuff I paid to get laminated was not laminated yet.
When I came back and got the laminated items there were a ton of bubbles on them which they needed to I guess iron out.
I had two orders printed and when I came to pick them up, only one was printed. I told someone at the register and I said I would call to make sure I sent the order in and it wasn't my mistake. Once I got in the car, because I was in a rush, I saw I did indeed order it I called the same rep. He got my number and order number and said he would call back but I never heard from him. Two days later I called again and just happened to get the manager. He said he would make sure it gets printed and give me the refund. He also said he would talk to the GM about it. Great! I'm easy going, glad we're all good.
Now the last time, I just came in to get the printed material that wasn't done the first time. When I picked it up it was crooked and there were white spots all along the side. So now... I'm done with at least this location. I'll see the next nearest printing company, maybe it'll be another office depot but I'm not certain yet.
I feel like this many chances I am justified in not coming back, it's a waste of my time to come back out due...
Read moreI went into this location to fax some documents, skipping UPS, Staples, also FedEx. The two store employees that were working in the print© departments on this day May 18th 2021 had very lousy customer service and draining energy. This experience for me was horrible. As I approached the counter and mentioned fax was referred to the self service fax machines as I told the young lady i needed the service and I was paying with cash. It required and employee sign in. No upbeat greet. She came over to put her login in and that was it. The fax did not go through. This store location seems to get majority of business in the Print and Copy area. The young man that was working along side of the young lady took his time to help me but did manage to come over and put his login in. Afterwards it was pretty much figure it out. As I continued to have problems with the fax machines both machines. Finally there was a young lady that was not working in the area that I asked for help. She helped me. Read moreThe employees are not suitable nor dressed for the establishment or business. We had what we thought was a young woman approach us and asked if we needed any help...but in reality she was a man.
The young lady at the cash register was dressed as if she was going to a club with her whole chest hanging out of her shirt on one of the coldest days of the year and wearing a face mask. She also had her boyfriend hanging and crowding the cash register making it uncomfortable for us as customers.
I didn't know if he was holding up the place or was planning on robbing us all while she was on the phone with someone else who was not a customer.
This is ridiculous as far as what Office Depot is supposed to be. Definitely does not reflect what it was before. Management should step up and really take pride in the business and have some control and confidence in the brand name to retain professional people to work in their store.
I'm sure that in all business offices anywhere they do not allow their employees to report to work looking or acting like these individuals at this store. OFFICE DEPOT REFLECT THE BUSINESS AND APPEARANCE OF THE PEOPLE YOU CATER TO ... BUSINESS...
