Five Below—it’s like a mix of dollar store vibes with a splash of randomness. 🤔💸 Sure, you can find some cute things, but honestly, most of it feels like junk that’s been overhyped. 🗑️🛒 From weird toys 🧸 to overly priced knick-knacks 🧩, it’s hard to find something that feels like it’s actually worth the money. 😩💵

The toy section? More like a pile of plastic junk that probably won’t last more than a few days. 🤦‍♂️🚸 Not to mention, most of the toys are so cheap that you can’t help but wonder if they’re going to fall apart before you even get home. 💥👶

And let’s talk about the prices—when did everything start costing more than $5? 💸 The name Five Below doesn’t even make sense anymore, because they’ve got $10+ items scattered everywhere! 😳🤑 It’s like they’re trying to be the next Dollar General, but still not quite as cheap as Dollar Tree. 🏷️

You’d think the prices would make up for the lack of quality, but honestly, they’re not that much of a deal. 💔 I’ve walked out a few times feeling like I could’ve just skipped the trip and saved myself some frustration. 🚶‍♂️❌

The best thing I’ve found is probably their snack section—but even then, you’re just getting some bulk-packaged stuff 🍪🍫 that doesn’t seem all that impressive. 🙄

In short, Five Below is great if you’re looking for cheap novelty items 🎉 or something to fill a last-minute gift bag 🎁. But if you’re hoping to find something worthwhile, you might be better off looking...

I had purchased a hairbo gummy bank and when i was at the register the top came off. I realized it had been previously opened. I looked inside and it was 3/4 empty. The cashier says don't worry, there's candy in there. I felt uncomfortable so as I walked away I thought, No. So I went and grabbed another. My mistake was going up to the cashier and while she was waiting on someone else she says welcome back and i said no, i just feel uncomfortable so i grabbed another one. She said oh, well I'll take care of it in a minute. I said it's just a sealed one I'm exchanging it for. She again said I'll take care of it in a min. So she finishes with her customer, I walk up and said see? It's the same thing. She says do you have your receipt? I said No, you threw it out. This one was opened, I'm just exchanging for a sealed one. I'm leaving now. She said oh well ok. We're good. It was my 1st and...

This store is amazing. They carry everything from rugs to puzzles...all $5 or less.

I have beautiful 4x6 rag rugs that I purchased at Five Bellow for (wait for it) $5. I have adorable sandals that I picked up for $2.50. Nail Polish runs $1 to 3/$5. They carry lots of electronic equipment, decorations, toys, hobby kits, table umbrellas to stuffed animals.

Five Below offers old-fashioned and hard to find candies. My Grandchildren love the ¢1 self- pick carousels and finding things that Grandma enjoyed when she was a child.

I always find the unexpected and unusual at the Five...
