KFC — Restaurant in McKinney

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS WAY AT ANY RESTAURANT! Yesterday I placed an order of Hot Wings (the girl asked me if I wanted a meal, so clearly she heard me) then I ordered 4 pc Combo and Large Coleslaw. I started to drive off but thought I should check the order because I had a long drive. The Hot Wings were missing. NO BIG deal just drove back through and said my order was missing the Hot Wings. When I pulled up to the window there was a girl that does NOT deserve a job! Supposedly her name was Jennifer when I asked the nice young man what her name was. She told me that I did not order the Hot Wings. I said yes I did and that I want them. She screamed at me telling me that I did not order them over and over. I said I don’t care; if you got them on the order or not… I still want the Hot Wings. She then screamed at me again and told me I will “not give you free food”! I was like... what? I said I was NOT in any manner asking for free food I just want the Wings! By this time I am thinking “she is absolutely out of control” and “out of line” and out of her mind... speaking to any one this way, when they were not even arguing about if they were on the receipt or not. I could not have argued with her because I did not have a copy of the receipt, so why I earth would I argue with her! And I will say I was not mad at all, I just wanted the food that I ordered. It was pretty simply fix! If the food wasn’t on the order (being I could not check because they never gave a receipt) just get them and I will pay… no reason at all to be screaming at their customer, accusing them of wanting free food! Who does that? She probably yelled that at me 3 to 4 times that she is not giving free food. She then gave me duplicate receipt and told me to leave. I had to say again… I am not leaving I want the wings, again if not on the receipt just... charge me! I have tried to call KFC and they don’t answer the phone! No one that aggressive towards customers for "absolutely no reason" has no business with a job that she has to speak to any customers! If that was my employee she would...

Worst KFC I have ever been to. I pulled up to the drive-through to order a family chicken tender dinner at 10:20 when they don't close till 11 the girl proceeds to tell me that all she has for the rest of the night is grilled chicken. So I ask her for a corporate's phone number she tells me to come to the window and when I pull up to the window she proceeds to tell me that she cannot find corporate's phone number but her district manager will be there tomorrow. I asked her why she can't put any more chicken tenders she tells me because the cook walked out and she doesn't know how so I asked for the manager she tells me that she's a manager and I ask how does a manager not know how to cook chicken tenders if you are a manager of a store then you should know how to do everything in that store. After reading most of the reviews on here I don't really think she was a manager because she said her name is Kelsey and I have ran multiple other reviews that have tons of different other manager in the past month so I think KFC has a problem with their employees line but that's fine because I will be contacting the district manager tomorrow and if that doesn't help me then I will get the district managers box do not go to this KFC you'll regret it. This had to have been the worst food that we have ever gotten at a KFC! We got 2, 2 piece meals with extra crispy chicken. I ordered the meals with 2 breast in one and a breast and a drumstick in the other. First of all, they charged me an extra .99 for each breast, even though it came with 2 pieces of chicken anyway. Luckily I checked the order before leaving because, naturally, it was not correct. They shorted me one of the breast I had paid extra for. Went inside to take care of this. They gave me another one but were out of crispy, at 8 pm. Wow! I got home and after paying $28 and some change for two of us, the food was less than desirable. One of the “breast” was clearly not, once we got through the nasty, not so crispy outside. It was also dark meat. That gave it away! All of the food was cold, even the potatoes. The breading on the chicken was not flavorful at all and not what it used to be by far! Even the biscuits were bad. They were dry and old tasting. Didn’t eat them either. I could go on but there’s really no need. Bottom line, the food was over priced and awful, service was minimal and I don’t intend on going back! We can go to a decent restaurant and sit down and eat for $30! I was really disappointed since I remember getting MUCH better food in the past from KFC.
