SCAM. Not a legitimate business. Period. The most dishonest guy I have ever came across to be honest.

Do not buy a “new” couch from this crook on FB Marketplace. NONE of these for sale are new. He tries to make them appear new but clearly needs to try much harder as it’s quite obvious what is going on here…

All of these couches/items he has for sale are COSTCO RETURNS. He’s probably the same one that picks them up when you return a Costco item. Costco doesn’t require the item back in a lot of cases so the people that pick them up get to either dispose of them or sell them….

Showed up in a rented small Home Depot truck and opened it up and of course my “new couch” wasn’t in any sort of box - it was all squished in. His excuse they have a small truck and they didn’t have room for the boxes so they had just taken them out - meanwhile stains everywhere, sagging fabric and obviously signs of major and scuffs/wear on the wood on the bottom (Costco Henredon couch). But continued to have the nerve to gaslight me by saying the couch was new 😂 “just taken out of the box last night before they loaded the truck”. I’m like okay Jose, and held up a couch pillow with the tag clearly cut to not show, so who cut off all of these tags then, you?! Wasn’t until I begged to admit it that he finally fessed up.

Honestly it’s laughable how bad it truly was. I wanted to write this review to hopefully save others from purchasing here but I’m sure he will make another account after this review.

Unless you are okay with a used, dented, refurbished item then stay away...

Jose, the deceitful owner, lied through his teeth, strung me along, and flat-out refused my refund for a single couch. I ordered two couches and two swivel chairs, spending nearly $3,500, but only sought a refund for one couch ($1,600) that was "out of stock." Promised in 5-8 days, it never materialized. Weeks of relentless follow-ups revealed they couldn’t source it. I found the same couch cheaper at Costco with next-day delivery. When I told Jose to cancel that couch, he fabricated a tale about ordering it the previous night, claiming it was non-refundable. Carol, his employee, exposed his lie—she hadn’t ordered it, and Jose only instructed her to after our call. Confronted, Jose yelled, deflected, and refused to provide proof of the order. Despite their website’s “case-by-case” refund policy, he dismissed my three-week wait for a never-ordered couch, prioritizing profit over integrity. Once the couch finally did arrive it was open box despite being advertised as with box. Carol’s honesty was the only bright spot in this sham of a company. Avoid this place at all costs—shady doesn’t begin to describe it. 1 star for Carol’s decency; zero for Jose’s despicable tactics.

PS. Jose if you try to say you didn't promise the couch in 5-8 days or make up any reason about why this in not factual, I will amend this post to include photos...

He is a scammer. Dont go to him He is selling used and defective pieces as a new couch. I wish can give him less than 1 star. Wasted my precious time..make sure you take real picture of the furniture from him. He will post actual OEM picture on facebook marketplace and sell old used item calling it as new item.

Jose, here is response to your reply to this review. I cant respond so editing my review. I stopped by and my wife contacted you on FB. all parts of sofa were totally looking used and and right half with different color. You immediately left our FB chat and blocked us so that we cant write. So i wrote this review here. i should have taken the picture and posted here. When we asked you its used and different color, you pretend as if nothing is wrong with the sofa. As soon as we left, you blocked us on FB. Scammers do like this. I dont have time else would write bad reviews everywhere on all sites.....dont try to cover up...
