The good ~ service is really good with excellent recommendations. The vibe is great, seating, colors, atmosphere all work. The bad ~ the music is WAY too loud. No need when there is literally no one else in the place to overcome zero crowd noise. The so so ~ I read all the raves on the Cajun pasta plate so gave it a shot. Flavor is good, I mean they nailed the sauce. Otherwise, no. Anyone in the food biz knows you do not serve mussels when they haven’t opened after cooking. So, of the two (2) on my plate one was not opened. One snow crab leg, ok, I get it. But no crab crackers? Nope. All in all what they offer is a great vibe with mediocre food, at best. Cajun food mixed together ingredients delivered by either Sysco or US Foods. Not great and definitely not worth the $63.88 bill. $35 dollar seafood pasta, $15 cocktail, and they added an 18% service charge on top. Why the service charge? My server when delivering the bill said the service charge isn’t a tip. Sorry, that’s scamming Ya’ll. Well, that’s your tip Energy.

Service was horrible. The young lady that took our order was very nice, but she was the only one working. Her other coworkers were constantly yelling at her to to take food to the tables, which she did. She also had to make drinks, take orders, bag to go orders and tend to the dine in customers all by herself while they stood by and did nothing. One of the people that attended this restaurant with me did not recieve the egg rolls he ordered because the employee who was supposed to cook them went on a smoke break. Another employees child (5 yr old) was constantly running around the establishment climbing into chairs and constantly messing with the host who was doing everything. It was a very unprofessional environment. Another patron that was in the establishment was allowed to have his dog on the table in the restaurant. He groomed and feed the dog while others around him were eating. That is very unsanitary. None of the employees told him to get the dog off the table.

I wanted to enjoy this place so bad after seeing how good the pasta looks on other reviews I’ve seen but my experience today was not a good experience. Immediately when I walked in I was met with an unpleasant smell. It was very overwhelming! I proceeded to use the restroom and noticed that the smell was coming from roach powder along the edges of the walls. This is where I saw dead roaches over the bathroom floor and also live roaches crawling in the bathroom. Tried my hardest to ignore it but as I was waiting for my food to come, another roach came crawling right into the dining area next to my table. I cancelled my order and left. The young lady was very sweet and understanding about it which I was grateful for. But if there are roaches in the dining area, and in the bathroom, how are they not in the kitchen where the food is? I will not be back.

I patronized this business after seeing a post on social media. I attempted to call in my order. I was told that they were not accepting call ins. Okay, cool. I went in the place my order, within 10 mins of calling. I arrived, ordered, paid and waited patiently. I watched as the young lady answered the phone and took call in orders, several times. As I was waiting a customer walked in to pick up her call in. I ordered veggie pasta, it was pretty good, but the broccoli could have been steamed a little longer, it was too crunchy. I returned yesterday to try the chicken pasta. The food didn’t taste like my first visit. The pasta was overcooked and starchy. I thought that the chicken would have been maybe a chicken breast, but it was pieces of chicken. I also gave thought to ordering a cocktail. I was viewing the menu on display. I asked were cocktails available to carry out because I didn’t see the other sign to the left that displayed carry out cocktails. The taller female, rudely pointed to the sign rather than answering my question verbally. The only thing that saved this visit was the young man who noticed I had been waiting awhile ask for the name on my order and checking on it. Not sure if I will...

Music so loud we were yelling to tell the guy what we wanted and he got it wrong 3 times. I literally got a headache from being seated in front of a speaker.

They were smoking hookahs in the damn restaurant. No advertisement of that just randomly smoking hookahs.

Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food and it was WAY over-seasoned. $35 for a plate of ruined seafood pasta. Then we waited 15 minutes for our check.

They automatically added gratuity on a table of 3! And told me they only take cash. No credit cards. No signs posted of the cash only system and we weren’t told until we were trying to close out. Super sketchy.

No silverware. We ordered seafood pastas and they gave us flimsy plastic to go wares to eat with. Not a metal fork or knife in sight. No way to crack the crab or shellfish.

I wanted to like this place. The girl running it was very pleasant but I think she needs to firm up a bit. Service staff were constantly disappearing and they appeared untrained and unengaged. It reminded me of a restaurant with no leadership and no accountability.

This place is destined to fail if something drastic doesn’t happen soon. No way I’d return to this...

The service here was pretty terrible. Firstly, the table wasn't very clean, so we had to clean it ourselves. The music was absolutely blasting too, but they finally turned it off halfway through. The waiters gave our order to the wrong table twice (apparently, they happened to order two of the same dishes as us, but they had arrived after us). You could tell all of the waiters started getting frustrated with each other with one of them shouting around loudly and storming off. They also had the audacity to charge the included gratuity for a party of 5 after the disorganized service given.

Our food took a while to come, but when it did, I have to say that it did taste pretty good. We ordered the New Orleans Pasta, Lasagna Pasta, and Veggie Pasta. All three dishes were tasty (maybe the Lasagna Pasta was a tad too cheesy, though). However, the cost per dish is just way too expensive for the portion sizes you're getting. The prices make it seem like it's family-sized portions (like $30 per dish on average). We ordered 3 dishes for 5 people, and while the portions are big, it's still a bit small for two hungry people. I would think they would serve more...
