We have been here multiple times and I must say I can already see the decay of this place. First issue is price: The menu is expensive for the items and quality of the food. I have been to tons of upper end restaurants and I can honestly say this one isn't it when it comes to flavor, cuts, and quality. All side dishes are +$15 and the drinks are filled with ice and hardly any liquor. In addition to this, they charge a service fee (which is not very obvious) and ask for a 20%-40% tip on top. Not to mention they don't give/do anything if you tell them you are celebrating a special occasion. It feels very nickel and dimey. Second issue is service: They often have one bartender acting as the hostess and waitress as well and the kitchen has a low amount of staff. This means the service is slow and they outright forget what you ordered. This seems silly as the owner?/manager?/employees? have been seen chilling. They could be helping keep a speedy service. Last issue is food: While the presentation is lovely it is increasingly bland. The female chef/ owner? was amazing. Y'all should follow her recipes to a T. We had been supporting and planned on inviting friends and family to spend their disposable income but I don't think we will ever return given the past couple of experiences.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER: The response is typical for an unprofessional establishment. Accusing a paying customer of being broke and making threats. WOW you got us. Read moreIt took me 2 weeks to post a review bc I was just so angry about this place. My RSVP was for 11:45. I pulled up to the location at 11:15, no parking in site!! The restaurant had orange cones blocking the entire street from the door to the corner, but didn’t offer valet 🙄. I didn’t find parking until 11:57 🤬. Upon walking in the host didn’t speak. The whole place was just not the vibe I was expecting. The food was just ok and i mean that in the most humble way. We did have an excellent server name ERIKA, that restored a little faith in if I ever will come back. But overall brunch is a BIG NO!! Oh yeah, upon arrival they were having a brunch event that the hostess never mentioned to us, but gave the option for every customer after.
EDITED: 5/17/2024 PER TALKING TO THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD THAT VALET WOULD START THE NEXT WEEKEND AFTER. SO THE REASON FOR THE ORANGE CONES LINE UP IN FRONT OF ONE11 WAS ON THE BUSINESS NOT THE CITY. I HAVE LIVED IN THE CITY 40 YRS SO I KNOW MY WAY AROUND AND WHERE TO PARK. NO ONE WANTS TO WALK 15 MINS BACK TO THIS PLACE AFTER LOOKING FOR PARKING OVER 30 MINS. NO ONE HELP NOR ASSITED ME WITH MY EGGS. WRONG PERSON. THE OMLETEE CAME OUT WITH ONIONS IN IT AND THAT WAS NOT LISTED ON THE MENU. Read moreWhen we first entered we were greeted by the host and she told us we only had 1 hour and 30 mins to sit at hour table. I didn’t like my seating so the host at the door moved us which I really appreciated. But when 2 women came in she tried to seat them where she tried to seat us and she pointed at us and said we “took” their seats as if she didn’t say it was ok for us to sit there. So now we look like the bad guy. We looked over the menu and I liked the options, but our server told us since it was Valentine’s Day they had a dedicated menu for couples for the holiday. You could choose the salmon, or chicken as an entree, and the shrimp or the artichoke Spanish dip as an appetizer for $100. The dip was plain and most likely store bought, alone with some store bought salsa. I chose the chicken with zucchini and squash even though they gave me mashed potatoes by mistake. Unfortunately, I didn’t like my food. The chicken was glazed with what tasted like Italian dressing that was too sweet for my liking. I told my server and she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I told her no, she could just take it. The manager still proceeded to come over and say, “Was there a problem with the menu?” And I said no, I just didn’t like my food. He said he would take it off, but upon receiving our ticket he did not take it off or give us a discount. I love to try new spots but I will not be returning...
