We stayed in Memphis on our way to Appalachia. We saw the highlights and thought Memphis was pretty cool! Some great history. This fountain was really beautiful, the area around is walk also nice and walkable. We parked nearby this then walked to Beale Street. This fountain and park were the highlight of our time there! Beautiful

This fountain was really beautiful, the area around is walk also nice and walkable. We parked nearby this then walked to Beale Street. This fountain and park were the highlight of our time there! Beautiful fountain, architecture and trees. Bring a pound or more of unshelled/unsalted peanuts to feed the squirrels. Plenty of shade and benches to sit. Less now that before, the Blue Suede Brigade will randomly walk through keeping the park calm. Occasionally their will be a private event, with someone kicking everyone out. Private parties are cool if the Public park is...
