Great little spot. Well-crafted, unique drinks, reasonable prices, and owner was super sweet and friendly. We tried the ube cold brew (seasonal) and the salted caramel latte after seeing so many reviews mention it. The ube cold foam was very flavorful and cold brew was smooth & refreshing. Salted caramel also on point & creamy desserty vibes. No notes. Literally recommending to all of my friends here!!!

The Humble Drip is located inside Sam’s Main Street eatery. The first thing you get as you enter is a warm welcome from the coffee counter. There are a few cakes etc at this counter but this is mostly about the coffee. I had a freshly brewed drip coffee and my wife a freshly steamed peach tea. It takes a bit longer than some cafes but it’s freshly made so no complaints. Breakfast can be brought from Sam’s eatery at the rear of the store, good choice and friendly staff throughout. I had an incredible experience at Humble Drip today. I started with a pour-over, and it was absolutely exceptional—smooth, rich, and the perfect way to start my day. As I sat enjoying my coffee, the pastries caught my eye, and I couldn't resist trying the carrot cake. Let me just say, it was a game-changer!
